We had to spend the holiday weekend burning up. there was an excessive heat advisory with no AC. We called management at least 15 times. We got the run around. We asked for a refund. Still getting the run around.

Great stay on the island. The place was clean and quiet. The only problem we had was that the WiFi code that was sent to us was incorrect. We found a brochure in the condo that had the correct code and all was good.

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home .not far from the beach. Pool was nice need to change location of barbq pit too far to cook .and tv was very confusing but loved it will stay again ..

We had a pleasant getaway for our family and enjoyed our stay despite the weather we had for it being March in Texas. Just wish the water in the pool was warmer for the kids to enjoy the water more days. Other than that, the property is awesome and location is great because it's within a short drive to anywhere or anything you want to do on the island.

The layout and location of this unit checked all boxes. Three kids and two adults were comfortable the entire stay. Large common area for eating and game nights! Close to beaches.

We loved our stay at Palm Bay 206! The community is located minutes from a drive up beach access and pool was great for the kids! We had everything we needed to cook during our stay but there were plenty of dining options near by too. We will book again in the future!

I truly enjoyed my stay. Very clean, quiet. My only recommendation would be to have a few trash bags available for quests. Also instructions on where to put trash at check out.

This corner unit is just as it appears in the pictures, and actually bigger in person than it looks. It was neat and clean and extremely quiet. The pool, though cold in April, was clean with beautiful grounds.
Dishes and eating utensils are limited, so bring paper/plastic ones if not wanting to run the dishwasher after every meal. Plenty of pots, pans, serving dishes, and cooking utensils though.

This corner unit is just as it appears in the pictures, and actually bigger in person than it looks. It was neat and clean and extremely quiet. The pool, though cold in April, was clean with beautiful grounds.

Good for families
We enjoyed the place. Very clean and quiet. Exactly as the place description. We didn't cook so not sure if they have enough kitchen utensils. The place is 5 min driving to Whitecap Beach and 10 min to Mustang Island Beach. We'll be back for summer vacation for sure.

Palm Bay 206, was clean and comfortable. I liked how close it was to the beach. Plenty of room for two families. Excellent choice.

Had a great time!
Clean, great location. Overall great experience. Towels were a little rough but that’s the only negative I have to say! (You do need to bring a lot of your own things)

Great Location
House and pool were very clean. It was annoying haveing to use the pool key everytime you had to exit the pool area. It was very nice to have pool towels and we took advantage of the beach chairs in the garage. We did had a problem with the keypad on the door upon our arrival. It took us about an hour to resolve. We had to call three timesa . Luckily the third person gave more specific instuction on the lock box and we were finally able to get in. The local person who later arrived to make sure everything was OK was very nice.

Zero Complaints
This is our second time to stay in this unit and I have zero complaints. I noticed some new touches in the condo from our previous stay which was refreshing. The air conditioner runs cold, and there's plenty of dishes, towels, and toilet paper. The bedding was comfortable as well. There were some box fans in the unit this time, which my husband and I were VERY appreciative. Sometimes we travel with our own but didn't have the room this time. It was a welcome surprise and helped us both sleep so much better.

Just Purrrrfect! Great location, EVERYTHING you need is provided. The furniture & beds are QUALITY & VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! Many of these places feel like a cheaply furnished empty shell. NOT THIS PLACE!!! It is a high quality, NICE HOME!!!

Beautiful and close to the beach!
This home had everything we needed for our weekend beach get away. The community pool was an added treat for our arrival night. My 10 year old loved the beach by day and pool at night combo! Neighbors were friendly as well. Gas station was walking distance in case you forget your bacon for breakfast :). And cooking wear was great! I do recommend this home. We will be back! Thanks so much!

Great quiet condo close to the beach!
This condo was super cozy and quiet. Inside was very nicely decorated and clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely! Ample parking for two but outside the condo was a little crowded and people across from us park their car in a place that was not a space so it times it was difficult to get in and out of the garage😞. Other than that it was a great place for our family to relax and spend time together while we were at the beach!😀
