The location was great and the manager was very responsive and available. He responded very quickly and appropriately to all of our requests.

The space was much smaller than we thought it would be. The stairs are very narrow and there is no handrail. We felt it was overpriced for what it was. We were under the impression that this was a self catering room but it only had a kettle and a small fridge. No space for a table of chairs. Great for someone just passing through but a bit cramped for a weeklong stay.

We were thinking that we booked apartment with kitchen and we arrived it was just a tiny room with 2 beds, it had small balcony. Location is great, close to everything - grocery, beach, restaurants, gym downstairs.

Room is tiny, no elevator, on Friday evenings could be loud sound from the street.

The location was good, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Although the apartment was small it was very comfortable and clean, with a balcony we stayed just for one night whilst visiting Los Christianos.We found the bed very comfortable indeed.

Pictures display a large balcony and nothing like what we had. I'd have been happy to pay £30 tops. £90 was extortionate for what it is.

Location

No lift and 77 steps to apartment. Bedroom cramped. Floors in rooms at slightly different levels so tripped leaving bathroom, fell on hard floor and twisted my ankle which made me lame for rest of holiday and in pain. Hard to put key back in box when left because bad design and kept falling out.

They kindly put us up high, so quieter. Would have preferred a lock on patio door ( even up high, balcony's next door could access) Wouldn't feel safe if I was travelling Solo...otherwise Ticks all the boxes.

This is a really great place to stay for multiple nights. The host is awesome and it's a great location on a quaint lane very near and going into Los Cristianos. Everything you need is very close. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and cafes, supermarkets and restaurant and all other types of services. I left my shirt in the wardrobe, but they were able to find it and get it to me straight away which I really appreciate.

It's a short hike from the bus if you don't grab a taxi. Stairs only for the older people to think about but there's not too many. More lighting in the room would be good and it's a little warm because it faces more South and catches the sun most of day.

The flat itself was excellent, really comfortable and in a very good central location

The staircase. Not for anyone with heavy luggage or anything bigger than a 10kg suitcase as there are no lifts and the stairs are narrow and uneven. We were staying on the third floor and I tripped and nearly fell coming down, and my cousin tripped and actually fell down the stairs with her bags. So not good

Room had a fridge, fan, balcony, kettle and bottle of water. Although small room, we had our own shower and toilet and everything was compact. Luckily, cleaners were there upon our arrival as it was difficult seeing the numbers on the reel inside the box to get our keys, and they helped us. The numbers on the reel to get the keys need to be marked more clearly and they were positioned quite high for anyone who is vertically challenged! Area is quiet with a supermarket and restaurants within a short walking distance.

As above, reel in box to get keys in building difficult to see. Lots of steps inside building which were quite narrow and steep which could cause problems with people who have poor mobility.
