Апартаменти розташовані ідеально для туриста. Всюди близько, гарні ресторани всюди.

Квартира на фотографіях виглядала чудово. Але було дуже холодно, прям дуже холодно у квартирі. Ванна кімната занедбана, освітлення слабе.

Місце розташування, ліфт, просторий номер, ванна кімната. В цілому враження ніби в номері зробили ремонт, але всі речі перетягнули з старого номеру. На всі ці моменти можна закрити очі, але навіщо, якщо за такі гроші можна орендувати помешкання, де все нормально.

Спілкування з працівниками неприємне, відсутність автостоянки (хоча заявлено, що є, вона дуже далеко і без гарантії наявності місця, з таким же успіхом можна знайти будь-яку парковку в радіусі 1 км). Наявність застави готівкою, при цьому відсутність чеків і квитанцій. Жодної вивіски про існування цього місця. Різні дрібниці: брудні склянки, відсутність полички в ванній, поламана прасувальна дошка, навіть поламаний йоршик для унітазу. Дуже незручний матрас і подушка, їм давно треба на пенсію. В номері відсутня звукоізоляція, коли сусіди ходять, враження, що вони у вас в кімнаті. Поріг посеред коридору, треба бути уважним. В номері холодно (жовтень). Зранку не було води.

High ceiling was good. The maids were calm and didn’t do any stress

There was mold in the shower and electricity disruption suddenly has happened when only the upper light was turned on. The shelter downstairs was closed. There was no shower gel and no washing capsule. Super weird deposit rule and demand in the info paper inside the apartment “to leave everything as it was” — am I supposed to do the laundry and iron the bedsheets? I just hoped I wasn’t. The demand just sounds rude

Great apartment. Emasculate condition and only a small walk to the centre!

nothing to dislike

Easy to find. Located in the heart of Rynok Square and near plenty of amenities, and transit. Newer apartment with all the basics... Stovetop, microwave, water pot, etc.

Not much to dislike other than lack of response to my contact through email and Booking.com about arrival time, and return of deposit the following morning.

Very friendly employees. The place is at the heart of Lviv. We stayed 4 nights with my wife. Actually we wanted to leave one day early from Lviv. We checked out got our full deposit back. but we missed the flight at the airport (crazy traffic in Lviv after work hours), we called the hotel owner again, and she let us stay in the hotel for the night with no extra fee. This service you can not find at anywhere else. Thank you.

Their is no air conditioner

Location is great, but that's about it.

No air conditioning, very hot in the summer, 1 towel only, 1 slipper only. Flimsy entrance door which you can hear everything from the outside. Dirty and old house, unpleasant smelling. Hotel price for a small apt stay with no comfort. No parking available, yet property still checked it as a facility. No card payments, only cash - shady business from the owners.
