This property is very well located for many of the activities that you may wish to partake in. The property itself is warm and inviting from the first step in the door. The hosts, Bruce & Jean, Made contact with us to make sure that we were happy with the accommodations., on our second day there. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Ample room and extremely comfortable. It felt like home. Golf courses close by and if you wish to get groceries, it's about a 10-15 minute golf cart ride to do so. This is the place I would stay at again, if it is available. Highly recommend it. Eric & Lillian

First time at this property but hopefully not the last. The house was better than we expected. Very clean and comfortable sofas and bed. The location was close to everything. We enjoyed getting around on nice days in the golf cart. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner made the check in process very easy and checked on us to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely a 5 rating and I would give it more if I could.

The home was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect. So close to golf, shopping and restaurants. It was also very clean, as well as stocked with needed essentials. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The homeowner made everything easy for us. He gave us great information before our arrival, and checked on us once we settled in. We rented this beautiful home in The Villages at the last minute. It was actually booked, but a renter rescheduled due to bad weather in the northeast US. The hosts, Bruce and Jean, are the best. Here's why: Excellent communication with both us and VRBO; Bruce actually called VRBO to get us into the home on the same day we booked! There were thoughtful touches throughout the home- everything a vacationer needs is provided! The location is in the heart of The Villages. We rode the provided golf cart daily to Sumter Landing Square. I also drove the golf cart to Winn Dixie. Although we didn't ride the bikes, two bikes & helmets were there for our use. There was also a BBQ grill! The WiFi is fast. The home is near a pool and rec center. The lanai is peaceful. Bruce and Jean go above and beyond to create a restful environment, which is calming after a golf cart ride to the square for shopping and dinner. Jean's love of nature and animals shows in the home's decor and gave the home a relaxing feel. Everything was sparkling clean. The brand-new washing machine was so nice, and we traveled home with clean clothing in our suitcases. If I could give this home 10 stars, I would. The hosts make a difference in the stay, and Bruce and Jean go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of and feel at home. It was one of our best trips ever.

Beautiful clean place with all the amenities! This is the first place that offered us beach towels to use, coffee (kierig cups, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, lots of games to play etc....The owner is a sweetheart calling to check to make sure everything went smoothly. Very helpful and accommodating. I was so impressed with the neatness of the closets (towels), I told the owner his wife could come to arrange mine.

Bruce and Jean were very helpful and gracious hosts. The helped us download the appropriate apps on our phones to better navigate the area. Highly recommend! This is a luxury home in a perfect location in The Villages. 10-15 minute golf cart ride to either Lake Sumter Landing or over 10 nine-hole golf courses. The home has everything you need and is well stocked. The use of the golf cart makes the stay extra fun. Whether you are looking to enjoy the warm FL weather or on a golf adventure, this is the place to stay!

The property was excellent just as it was advertised. It certainly is Location, Location, Location - excellent pools, rec centres and town squares all very accessible by golf car. The nearest pool is within a couple of minutes walk. Bruce and Jean were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The owner said all you needed was a bathing suit and he was correct! The location was convenient to pools, restaurants and grocery stores- about 2 miles from Sumter Landing square. The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The owner was attentive and always one call or text away to answer any questions. Plan on another trip back to this property.

My wife and I have rented many places in Florida. I would rate our stay as one of the best! Home is extremely well maintained and located in a great area! My wife and I did not want to leave. We will definitely be back.

We were very impressed with the house, the abundance of supplies and the decorative details. This house exceeded our expectations. We were very close to the climate controlled pools and activities.
