We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Mercer Island. The home was fabulous and centrally located. Beautiful landscaped views. Plenty of space. We found anywhere we wanted to go was easy from this location. Even a trip to Starbucks was super quick and easy. While we ate out often we did cook a couple of meals at the home and found we had most everything we needed. The home would benefit from additional glassware.

Really could not have asked for more out of a rental for our size family. Clean, high-quality, well designed with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft upstairs and the great room downstairs serve as excellent hangout areas. Owners were highly responsive to our communication and we would go back to this house again in the future for sure.

The house is convenient and spacious. However it is advertised as sleeping 9 but there are not enough dishes, glasses or even dining spaces for more than 6. There were only 2 pans to cook with. Also the office futon is so thin it’s not really usable - my 23 yo son opted for the family room couch instead. Would recommend but hope the owners will improve the kitchen/dining situation.

I have a list of things that need attention.2 slats missing from the blinds, hole in upstairs bathroom wall, alarm system hanging from the wall, knob missing from lamp in kids room, and 2 mattresses you sunk to the middle of the bed. awful to sleep on.

Let me start out by saying this house is absolutely GORGEOUS and sits on beautiful Mercer island. However, my guess is that this home was a model home converted to a rental. The furniture was very nice, but the beds (especially master & 3rd room) were incredibly hard. Seemed like they were more for show than actually sleeping on. Secondly, the home really does not sleep 9 people as it states. We really had to finagle the sleeping situation to make it work. And there definitely was not enough bedding/comforters for 9 people. Definitely a beautiful home, but lacked comfortable beds and sufficient bedding.

We would definitely come back to this beautiful home.

Very enjoyable stay at this vacation rental. Had an abundant amount of sheets and towels for guests. Place was very modern and convenient to destinations.

The house is rather recently built/renovated and has 3 bedrooms and a big kitchen. I do wish the kitchen was more appointed for cooking and do wish there was seating for 6 at a minimum for a house that sleeps up to 9. It was nice to have soap, shampoo, laundry detergent provided though kitchen sponges or wash clothes with cleaners would be helpful for future renters. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors passed by. We would stay here again but will plan ahead to bring more essential kitchen items.

We were here so that my daughter could compete in Nationals held at a theater in Bellvue. This was a perfect location. Its near everything you might need and its the upscale vibe we are used to!

This large house offers quiet places when you want some alone time, and large space to gather as a group. Very nice kitchen for cooking.
