Located in a good location near attractions and dinners.

The room was so old, unkempt. The door was so destroyed and excessive damaged from water or destroyed. Painted over.

Room was large enough to fit our family of 7 Good location not far from knottsbury farm

Rooms definitely needed to be updated bathrooms need to be redone, Very dated.

The location was good, a lot of stores close by.

Relatively good location. Responsive staff.

I booked two rooms since we were two families; when we got in, both rooms had a smell of a strong space perfume that we could not breath. We left the doors open for quite some time but the perfume smell didn’t change much. After complaining to the receptionist, they send us a big fan to circulate the room’s air with fresh one. We decided not to go through that process and asked if they had other rooms without that smell. They quickly responded and gave us two new rooms. The new rooms didn’t have the same perfume smell, but they seemed to be unused for a while so there was a different type of smell this time, that of non-fresh air. We opened the windows to get some fresh air and the air quality was slightly improved. Open windows dropped the room temperature so we turned ON the heating. That brought a lot of dust in the room so we immediately turned it off. I looked into the heater and realized that, it most probably had not been cleaned since it was installed several years ago. It was late in the night and had kids, so we didn’t have many options other than staying there. We ended up sleeping with the windows open and the heaters OFF. Terrible experience. During the night I had to go to my parked car and saw a couple homeless people walking in the isles of the hotel on the third floor where our rooms were located. From my experience as an ex-cop, I can tell that one of them seemed to be a very dangerous person. Next morning I complained to the receptionist about that and they said they would look into that. the next night I saw the same persons walking in the parking lot of the hotel. During the night someone knocked the door of the other room of my company and ran. The surrounding space of the hotel was full of garbage, empty beer bottles and cigarette butts.

The pool

The carpet in our room was filthy, it turned all of our bare feet black on the bottom. Also They had a coffee machine in the lobby but wont use it. I had to go to the gas station for coffee. They have those tiny machines in the room but those are always terrible.

Due to the fact of your facility being within walking proximity of a year-round attraction I am fully aware that your facility receives enough business to be able to repair the facility damages in your rooms. Cleanliness of bedding could use some work

the fact I couldn’t sit outside of my room and enjoy a cocktail without being told there are quite times and I needed to go inside when I was alone with my husband not causing problems or being loud.. kind of felt like I was a child grounded to my room

the place was very dirty, no security to access the rooms, bedding and towels stained, there was no breakfast, the room stank

The only thing we liked was that it was right around the corner from Knotts Berry farm and the beds were somewhat comfortable.

Filthy. The walls were full of stains, the bathtub had lots of rust stains, cockroaches would come out at night.

The pool was lovely and the beds were comfy. Maid service everyday with fresh towels. Great location for Knotts Berry farm. Uber’s to Disney we’re between $10 & &15. Parking was ample. Good hairdryer in room, lots of storage space and was pretty quiet at night.

We did have roaches in the room and at one point a mushroom growing in the bathroom, however after staying in 3 other properties whilst in America I was glad to get back to the roaches because the others were horrendous and made this hotel look like a palace.
