We stayed in Florence briefly but the location of this apartment was centrally located enough for us to get to everything we wanted to see. Check-in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Because of a burst pipe, we were unable to stay at the VRBO we had originally booked, but the owner Francesco was great. He let us know about the problem well before we arrived and worked quickly to find another VRBO nearby. The replacement VRBO was very nice and in a great location so it was a very good substitute. It was really easy to communicate with Francesco throughout the whole experience from the first rental through check-in and out of the second one. We hope to come back to Florence and experience Francesco's charming place.

This apartment is so homey and had everything we needed for our time in Florence. It’s also in a fantastic location to see everything in the city.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect to walk pretty much anywhere in the city. Francesco was very nice, left us a bottle of wine and made us reservations for Osteria next door (we would highly recommend). He also brought me an iron. I can’t say enough of this charming apartment. If I ever get a chance to return to Florence, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Florence. It was very close to Ponte Vecchio and only 15 minutes to the train station.

Apt was bigger than it appeared from the photos. Francesco is a great host.
Only issue was lift was broken and it took 2 days to be repaired so it was only working for our final day. Francesco was very apologetic and helped get our luggage to the apt.
However, don't hesitate to stay here. The hosts have thought of everything you may need for your stay and the location could not be better!

We enjoyed this centrally located suite near the Ponte Vecchio. Lots of cool restaurants close by and walking distance to many of the historic attractions.
The apartment was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. We appreciated the free Nespresso coffee pods for quick Java jolt before heading out to explore.
Having a lift to the 3rd floor was nice. Francesco was pleasant, easy to communicate with at met us at check in for orientation.

We loved our stay and loved Florence! The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe, and the building/apartment was definitely secure. There are so many great restaurants on the same street that you hardly need to go across the river... But you definitely should! We also appreciated the washer as we packed light for our ten days in Italy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It is close enough to everything that you can walk, but far enough from the crazy/busy areas that you can get some rest at night. Very cozy. Very convenient.

We were so happy with this beautiful apartment. Location is ideal! So close to everything ! The host was wonderful and met us to check in and go over everything in the apartment. Having a washer was a bonus. Just a wonderful place!

Excellent flat with friendly and responsive host. Spotless rooms. You can hear the church bells ring during the day but it’s blissfully quiet at night despite being steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Excellent in every way.

Apartment is in a great locations, not more than 20 min walk from major attractions. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby. Apartment itself is very nice and well supplied with anything you might need for daily living. Only one complaint, the den couch could be upgraded as it was not comfortable. But overall, this is a great place to see if you are coming to see the sights in Florence.

I can't say enough lovely things about this apartment. It was incredibly clean, the kitchen is beautiful, the whole apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Florence. Francesco was very easy to communicate with as well. We had a very late flight into Florence, and he met us to give us the key and let us in at nearly midnight, and allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment on our last day before the next guests checked in. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Florence!

The central location of this spotless and cosy apartment is perfect, near Ponte Vecchio bridge on the Oltrarno side with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to most attractions, to train station, metro line, and bus stop. Full kitchen if you decide to cook, comfy bed and a washing machine. Friendly and helpful host! Highly recommend !

Francesco is a lovely host. The apartment is impeccable with every amenity. So thoughtful with coffe and various coffee makers. Plenty of towels and great linens. It was our favorite of the 5 rentals we stayed in on our trip. And in a great and quiet neighborhood with a lift. Definitely will go to Francesco's again.

We enjoyed our stay at Francesco's apartment so much! It has a cozy feeling to it, beautiful views of the hills, in a great neighborhood, and everything that you need - extremely comfortable! Location is great. Walk to everything you want to see. Apartment is perfect nice and airy! Well appointed! Clean and Quiet! Got a little noisy on the weekend but tolerable.
Neighborhood filled with great restaurants , small shops bakeries so much to see ,eat and drink. A definite five star stay!!
Bed was very comfortable . Looked like the kitchen was well well equipped,,although we did no cooking!

Francesco has a beautifully appointed apartment in a historic building that's perfectly located for sightseeing and dining. He was friendly and incredibly responsive when we needed help with the AC, and I'd happily recommend this spot for anyone staying in Florence.

Perfect Florence Apartment - great location near many attractions, restaurants, shops and one block from Arno river. Francesco was a very responsive & helpful host. He met us at check-in, helped book a taxi, and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend this Florence Apartment!

Great location! Easy walking distance from everywhere in the old city and right next to a bus stop for a short ride to Firenze S.M.N. and easy connections to busses servicing the rest of the city. Spacious but cody apartment had fine views out over the rooftops to the Boboli Gardens for quite the romantic sunset streetwatching. Was great to have a kitchen after several days of tiny hotel rooms. Would absolutely love to stay here again! Thanks for having us >^..^<_)

This charming apartment is in a perfect spot, just outside the massive tourist throng. Our host Francesco was splendid and was always willing to help. This is a great spot for seeing all of Florence's old town (Il Centro) on foot. Highly recommended!

Nice clean apartment with great location to the heart of the city. Close to restaurants and shops. Groceries a block away. Comfortable beds are important to us and the bed was great. Sitting area was had a nice comfy chair to put your feet up

It was a great apartment near all of Florence’s sites to see. We walked everywhere to the Piazza Del Vecchio to the Piazza de la Cathedrale. The apartmemt is situated between Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita and is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Francesco, our host was very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

From the moment I arrived I couldn’t wait to write an amazing review. The pictures don’t do it justice. While it’s what’s pictured, what’s not conveyed is the authentic experience this flat provides. It’s a home away from home, completely secure, and comfortable. The manager is a delight and so kind. The location is in the middle of everything you could want or need and still quiet and homey. You can access everything by walking, including getting to the flat from the train station. You cannot go wrong with this property. Love, love, love!

Beautiful and charming Florentine style apartment in perfect location. All amenities were great. AC worked well in the height of summer and there were numerous fans. Francesco provided everything we needed and the place had all the little things - crisp clean towels, great wifi, good shower, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice in freezer, etc. etc. apartment is perfectly located to walk to everything in Florence. Would stay here again. I want to buy the apartment, it’s so good. Thanks Francesco.
