Nice for family getaway.

Would stay here again. Reasonably priced, with plenty of room to spread out for a two bedroom condo. Easy access to Starved Rock State Park and the Illinois River for boating.

Loved this place, hope we can stay here again soon!

Rented the townhome to celebrate my 50th birthday. We stayed with another couple and had plenty of room to relax and have a great time. We are already planning our return trip to bike the I&M Canal and see the Fall colors.

The villa was very nice. It fit our large family of 7 perfectly. The rooms were large, the jet tub was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice having the washer and dryer and vacuum/broom handy as well. It just really felt like home away from home. The only down fall is putt putt is expensive ($53 for 6 ppl), but it was a fun course and you have to pay for the water park. We ended up driving into Sheridan to the Purates Cay Waterpark cause ut was almost half the cost. Kids liked the playground Grand Bear. Drinks at the patio bar were expensive. There is an awesome bar right down the road called Ano Del Gallo. Food was awesome and so were the drinks and Staff. Right up the road was also the little downtown of Utica. Great little strip of stores. Starved Rock and Mathessen park are a short hop down the road as well. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My husband, son, father in law and I loved saying here! It was in the perfect location. Close distance to great restaurants in town (we absolutely loved Bruce and Ollie's & Skoogs) and all the nearby parks to hike (St. Louis canyon, matthiesen, buffalo rock and starved rock). The cabin was very spacious and enough room for everyone. My only critique is that the listing states there are 2 parking spots right next to the cabin however, the two parking spots were taken when we arrived. It wasn't really a big deal because we still parked close. I would just suggest maybe marking the parking spaces so they are designated for each cabin. Other than that everything was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

Experience was great. Wonderful place for family get-together. My nieces rented a villa a few doors from us and it made for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.

The villa worked out well for 2 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was well equipped, but two left burners would only light with a match. Several screens needed repair. You advertise that the grand bear indoor water park is on the property; but fail to mention you can't get in. Day passes are only available for LaSalle county residents. We went to the Pirates Cay indoor water park in Sheridan (about 30 minutes away). Very nice.
