Location was great, right on the beach! Condo had super parking and had everything we needed for our stay. Joel was very communicative and the property was perfect, loved our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to restaurants and the kids enjoyed the pool after playing on the beach. Designated parking is also a plus. We had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. Beautiful place to stay when visiting Anna Maria Island.

We had a wonderful stay and Joel was so helpful! The condo was so well equipped and had literally everything that we needed- even some spices and a coffee grinder. The condo was spacious and in a perfect location. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Spacious and clean condo with gorgeous views of the Gulf. So easy to get to the beach. My 88 yr old mother was able to get to the ocean and the pool with no trouble. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance too. I was concerned about street noise but it quieted down around 10pm and there were no problems with sleeping. Shelling was pretty good - enough to make our beach walks interesting- but the best were the dolphins and the variety of shorebirds we saw. Our host, Joel, was great- very quick to respond to questions. We had no issues with the condo during the week we were there. An ice maker in the fridge would have been nice lol but otherwise it was perfect. A great time with family and friends!

This property is located directly across from Bridge Street or there are so many things to do, for all ages. Bridge Street is lively, clean and safe with great music at several places. We were told by city ordinance that the music had to stop at 10pm which was good with us because we’re getting older and not into party until wee hours of the morning! That was really nice, is that the condo is very soundproof. You cannot hear all of the activities across the street while you are in the condo and very little while on the beach. This spacious condo is located directly on the beach and has spectacular views from the balcony. Parking is covered under the condo which is perfect and the elevator essentials for taking all of our gear and groceries upstairs. Everything that you may need is supplied in the condo,

Beautiful, well stocked and comfortable condo in an excellent location! If you love to be in the midst of all the excitement Bradenton Beach has to offer, this is the place to stay. Right on the beach, restaurants and other activities within walking distance and owners who provide excellent communication and concern for their renters. Look forward to visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, it was nice and clean on arrival, and everything we needed was there. It was super easy to rent bikes and a beach wheelchair and we had plenty of space to park and keep our rented extras. The location can't be beat- right on the beach with amazing views and dining and shopping just steps away as well. We loved it so much and heading back next year!

We had an amazing time! Joel was a great host and checked in on a regular basis. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels were provided too! Already looking forward to another trip back.

This place was the perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms. The unit was clean and modern. It sits very close to the beach and the view was awesome. We were concerned about being located in the Bridge Street area as we like more privacy, but the beach was not crowded. The ability to walk to restaurants was also a big plus. A Circle K is less than a block away for ice, etc. We would certainly stay here again.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful sunsets and direct access to several restaurants and bars. We loved being able to walk to dinner. Also loved that there was a covered pool to get away from the sun when need be. Joel was super nice and very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I went with friends and it was great. My husband said it was the best place we’ve stayed at. We liked being able to walk out on the beach and everything was within walking distance. Definitely would go back.

Location was amazing! Beach was amazing! Overall a wonderful experience and we can't wait for next year! The condo is in easy walking distance of everything you need: restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fishing and ice cream. The condo itself was very comfortable and had amazing views of the gorgeous emerald waters of the Gulf.

My family and I had a wonderful beach vacation. The host was amazing, checking in with us to make sure we got settled in. He was attentive, answering my questions and making recommendations. The beds and rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen also was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property! Our party consisted of myself, my husband, our young adult son, and teen daughter. My cousin also came to stay for a few days of the trip. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect and it was wonderful to only have a few short steps to a beautiful beach. I enjoyed coffee out there every morning. Our group enjoyed being able to walk to dinner, shopping, and the teen/young adult walked to mini golf as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Joel and Denise were responsive within minutes when we had questions-and very helpful! Thank you for the memorable stay :)

The place was awesome and decorated nicely! Very roomy for our family of 4 which included a teen and a preteen girls. The balcony was very large and the parking underneath the building was nice to have to keep our vehicle out of the sun. We never made it to the pool because we enjoyed the ocean so much! We actually had manatees swim right up to us in the ocean! The Bridge Street area across from the condo was convenient to get food, drinks, and shop a little. I don't think you can see a better sunset than what you see there!!
We really can not say enough positive things about your place and hope to stay there again in the near future!!!

We've been vacationing in Bradenton six years now and you can't beat this location. The condo was clean, well stocked with towels ( beach and bath), the kitchen has everything you would need to stay in and cook if you wanted to.

The locations was great. Close to some great restaurants, shopping and the bus line. Walk right out the door and the beach is right there. The condo also has a pool, if you want a change from the beach. Loved it!

Joel was great with communication from the beginning of the renting process. When we arrived at the unit, it was super clean and presented just like described in the listing. The location was great, right on the beach, amazing sunsets, walking distance to restaurants and shops, a beautiful walking path along Coquina Beach, and a short drive to many of the island's other points of interest. It was also nice having the pool for our 3 children, ages 4, 8, and 9. Having the covered parking spaces was also an added bonus when we were coming back from a day or night out as well. Our whole family really enjoyed our first stay on the island and will be back, hopefully sooner than later.

We enjoyed an idyllic family vacation to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary with this trip. This location is literally across the street from shopping and food/drinks. The sunsets were stunning and the condo well appointed. We had everything we needed. It was perfect!

This rental is absolutely beautiful, just about as close as you can get to the ocean and beach! We were able to see dolphins from our balcony almost every day. Joel and Denise were very easy to contact and was quick to answer our questions. Can’t wait to go back, paradise found.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed and more. Absolutely loved the gulf front balcony. Going to the beach was so easy with it right outside the door. Being able to walk to restaurants and activities was so convenient. Would highly recommend this property!!

This is s great spot for enjoying Bradenton. Location is perfectly centralized, right on the beach, and directly on Bridge Street. Perfect for a family to enjoy a week at the beach and not need to use a car at all. The host Joel was very helpful and communicative throughout, and the place was exactly as described. The unit is family friendly, clean and well appointed. 10/10

My family and I spent an amazing week in AMI at this property. The ocean view and nightly sunsets are stunning. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. Beach access was very convenient.
