The location of this house is excellent and we really love Culburra Besch as a town. However, the house is tired, as are the items in it. The furniture especially needs to be reconsidered for comfort of visitors. The enormous main living space was sparse and the furniture that was in there is outdoor furniture and not practical or comfortable. The views of the ocean from this room are spectacular but none of the windows open and makes the house very hot when temps are high (as we experienced). The small living/tv room also has outdoor like furniture, which again is not suitable. The main bathroom is lovely and newly renovated, but there is no bench space due to the oversized basin and there is also no storage. The bedrooms are large but the furniture is old and mis-matched, but functional. No real thought has gone into what is needed in terms of furniture nor for comfort of visitors - despite the hefty price tag. It’s clear you are paying for the view and beachfront location. We have stayed in other houses near this one, also with direct beach access, for about the same cost which have been more modern with more comfortable furniture and amenities.

Regardless of the weather,the location of this property ensures a good time will be had.The house is spacious ,well appointed and the beach is easily accessible

We loved this property - it is perfect for a large family getaway. The living area is huge, and the beds are comfy. Well equipped kitchen, and a great view of Culburra Beach. The beach is directly accessible from the back yard of the property.
