Great house! It was clean, comfortable and very spacious!

The house is nice and comfortable with nice outside area. The furniture are nice in the living room and master bed room but you can see it is starting to wear and tear. Also the pest control was not sufficient enough. There were ants all over the house, everywhere.

This property was just as described. The photos don’t even do it justice. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, this is it. We traveled with my immediate family and 1 year old daughter. They had a high chair and portable crib there for me so we didn’t have to spend money to rent that when we arrived. The double gated community made us feel very safe. It was very quiet, I think because we vacationed to Florida in July! We had access to the players club resort pool and that was gorgeous!!! Highly recommend going there for a few days. We weren’t able to access the gym until after 1pm which was disappointing but that was the only downside. The lanai above the pool gave some sun protection and kept it a tad cooler than just being outside and it also kept out the bugs! Bring your own hairdryer, the ones there are not great and one didn’t work. The property manager was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely visit again!

Lovely house with all the amenities! Pictures shown are exactly what you get. Plenty of space inside and out on the lanai. Quite and peaceful neighborhood in a double gated community. Highly recommend the Players Club if you’re into resort style pools and tennis courts. There is also a restaurant with typical pool side sandwiches, salads and appetizers.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this home. Although the property has been updated in some areas and was done beautifully, there is a mixture of styles and fixtures that creates an obvious decor difference. As with most rental properties, there was a lot of clutter in some areas but at least it wasn't out in the open--Christmas decor in the laundry room, baby items in the closet and other things left behind. While the house had been "cleaned", some areas need some special attention....alot of weeds growing through the stonework in the screened in Lanai, Ice/water dispenser on the kitchen Fridge doesn't work (produces ice but doesn't dispense through the door dispenser), Quite a few spots on the carpets (again, I'm sure it is common in rentals) but at the current prices, I always appreciate a spotless place of reprieve. Thanks for your prompt attention to other matters such as the burned out bulb in the laundry room.

Overall we had a great experience at this beautiful property! The ONLY downside way the total lack of communication from the property manager right from the start. Thanks to the housekeeper Bea, she went out of her way to supply the information I needed to finalize the property rental. The place was immaculate, spacious, and well appointed as far as furnishings and amenities. Everything was functional an in good condition. Was a great place to grill and chill! Super location and very secure. Will certainly keep this property in mind for any future Naples trips!

Amazing stay in this beautiful home! Our family just returned from a week’s vacation at this property. The house was just as pictured! It was very clean, tons of space, beautifully designed in a safe double gated community. We loved using the pool and spacious backyard area. Access to the Players Club was a plus!! Oskari was very helpful answering all of my questions! Can’t wait to return!!

Loved everything about this home! Spacious living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Kitchen came well equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space was wonderful. It was what sold me. It was private, comfortable and had a great eating area. Loved having the pond behind us to look at. Pool was clean. Loved the location of this house. The neighborhood is private and safe. It was great having bikes to ride and everything you needed to enjoy the beach. Having access to the players club was a huge bonus. Great service and people there…..by the end of the month staff knew your name. Our property manager responded very quickly to any needs we had. She was extremely friendly and professional. Great communication. We stayed for a month and half away through I rented for an extra 2 weeks that’s how much we enjoyed this beautiful property.

Well equipped, well furnished & well maintained & a very responsive property manager. The outdoor seating area was gorgeous & very comfortable., making our stay most enjoyable.

Overall the property is beautiful and as advertised. We had a couple small issues nothing major. The mattress in the master bedroom could really do with being replaced. My wife's side had a persistent dent which made sleeping uncomfortable. The AC in the house overall is excellent although again in the master bedroom it seemed to be always a little too hot so that you had to sleep with the fan on above the bed even with the rest of the house at a comfortable temperature. We didnt manage to figure out the fancy coffee machine either. Small things . Overall we had a wonderful time here.

The house in Lely was beautiful. Unfortunately we checked into a dirty house. We had to personally clean and hire cleaning people in order to get the property in livable shape which took over a week. We reached out to the leasing agent who was extremely apologetic and kind. The property manager did not take any responsibility, and we personally did not feel like dealing with her after some not so favorable responses. We loved the location, the pool, and again the leasing agent was lovely to deal with. Thank you for being so responsive and addressing our issues right away. I think they were making repairs to the house as we were checking out as well.

Loved the refurbishment. But as the pics show it is all white interior and wouldn’t be recommended for children. Wonderful location and great place to relax.

Great service, nice property.

This house has just been completely redecorated with all new all white furniture , paint and even a new roof. The outdoor area is ideal for a group with two fire pits - should you need it!

We had a wonderful time in this house. The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, family room very comfortable with new furniture. Our master bed a bit soft and worn in. The pool and hot tub is a real treat especially for grandchildren. The location is excellent. Lely resort is abundant with activities. The pools are just great for the family and the fitness center is perfect for all ages. They were never overly-crowded, even on Presidents weekend. I would rent this home again.

Great Home!

A group of us canceled an all-inclusive trip within a week of departure. We decided to rent this property and could not have been more pleased with our decision. The pictures do not do this house justice! There is plenty of room for a large group to spread out and come together. The house included use of the resort's Players Club, which we used on multiple occasions, as well as an amazing golf course! The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and made the entire process simple. We are already looking forward to another trip to this home in the future!

Home was just as described on VRBO. Received all codes for gates and house by email before our arrival. We didn’t have any issues getting into house. Only issue was the garage door opener was missing. We contacted the manager and the garage door opener was delivered shortly thereafter. We had wine and strawberries waiting for us when we arrived. We loved the house, the patio pool area was very nice. We had issues with our flight coming in and ended up on a different airline, we had to book our flight home a day later then planned, the owner of the house made arrangements for us to be able to stay in their home the additional day. This was very much appreciated since we their was 7 of us. We had a great stay in Florida.

This house is beautiful!! It’s very spacious and has everything a vacation home should have.....club access, spa services, restaurants, public and private courses. We took advantage of all. We plan on leasing this home again, later in the year. Truly a retreat!

My wife and I were very pleased with this home and amenities. The checkin and checkout process were well documented and the home met our expectations. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful in this double gated community. The property manager does a great job representing this house and it’s surroundings

This house is AMAZING! My husband, baby, mother and father stayed for week and we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had plenty of space and even could have accommodated another couple/family comfortably. During our stay, we were constantly commenting how surprising it was that a house of this caliber was available to rent since there were so many amenities and such attention to detail. With the baby's unpredictable schedule, it was so nice to have a house we enjoyed staying at for the majority of our vacation that had spaces we needed - a bathtub, a laundry room, a quiet bedroom, etc.. The house was also nicely handicap accessible for my mother. The lanai was our favorite part, there are multiple functional spaces so you can be together, but also spread out if/when you wanted. The pool and hot tub were great - we especially loved the outside comfortable seating area and the dining area. The Viking Grill and the Tiki Bar were a hit for cooking for my husband and father, in addition to the well-equipped kitchen - we had wonderful outdoor meals every night! And when we didn't feel like cooking then we'd get takeout from Sam Snead's restaurant, a 3 minute drive, which was a delicious option. The neighborhood was quiet, secure, and pleasant so we could enjoyed evening walks. There is also access to the Player's Club, a 5 minute drive that had multiple pools (kid-friendly pools too), a bar/restaurant, tennis, bocci ball, etc.. It was an easy, fun, and relaxing outing for us whenever we did want to venture away from the house. Overall, AWESOME home, hoping we can return again in the future!

We had a great stay in the house in the lovely surroundings in The Majors at Lely resort this summer. The house is fantastic with many rooms and baths. Perfect for us as a big family traveling together. The owner is quick and precise in his communication. We have rented the house several times and would like to go back any time. Great house, great area and great service!

This house was an amazing retreat for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. The outdoor living space which included plenty of seating, pool, hot tube, and fire pit was just beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped...the beds very comfortable...the location excellent. We had a small problem with the house pool, which the management company quickly remedied. Our only suggestion is that the upholstered pieces of furniture be thoroughly cleaned as they showed signs of wear. Additionally, the closet in the 4th bedroom should be made available to the renters and not be used as a locked storage closed. All in all, a good experience!

Lovely home. We enjoyed our stay. Used the pool area on most days and it was so wonderful. Only a couple of suggestions: some burned out light bulbs need to be replaced, walls are very stained and need washing or paint.

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay. The pictures were very accurate. Such a beautiful home in a wonderful community. From the time we walked into the house until the time we left - we absolutely loved it! Everything we needed was provided. There was something to do for each of us. From the teens to the adults - plenty of space to spread out. Thank you for an awesome stay! We hope to return!!

The house is exactly as advertised, roomy with many amenities. The outdoor space in the back under the lanai is the real show piece. There are at least three separate entertaining and relaxing areas in the back, a nice pool and spa with jets, and a tiki hut bar for grilling and watching TV. It was much bigger than we had expected and we spend most of our time out there when we were not at the beach, the Players Club or exploring Naples. The kitchen was the other show piece for us, with every possible gadget and cooking tool that you could possibly imagine needing, and a large pantry stocked with all kinds of useful food items. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and it had more than we needed to take 5 adults for a day at the beach. Some of the older items in the house could use an update, like the in-wall sound system that does not function properly, and some older televisions that did not accommodate our iPhones or Apple TV. But we really did not need to spend much time inside as the weather was fabulous. Highly recommend this house for a great vacation!
