House was in walking distance to beach and weather was awesome. House was clean and comfortable. Rose Ann from Naples Florida Vacation Homes was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

Couldn’t have asked for more…neighborhood and location was excellent. The whole atmosphere couldn’t have been any better. Vanderbilt beach was in walking distance and the warm weather was great. We were very happy with the Neopolitan House would definitely recommend this property👍

We visit Naples regularly every year. However this was the longest time between visits . We loved being back , we really enjoyed the pool everyday . We had it heated with the exception of our last few days. It was alittle cooler but still refreshing and fun !
The maintenance manager Luis was amazing and helpful with a few things that needed to be done. Even the roof was repaired while we were there!
There wasn't any pool tubes or noodles , we purchased some and left them for other guests to enjoy. Lots of beach chairs and 2 old umbrellas ...we didn't use them. There were 2 coolers for us to use.
The house was very clean (and we are very particular when it comes to cleaning ), I was impressed!
The bedding and towels are hotel standard and cleaned. I washed them with Tide-Free and left them clean for other guests. Lots of beach towels and more were delivered when the dryer had an issue.
The beds were comfortable ,clean with nice pillows.
The kitchen was well appointed (it needs a pair of scissors ) but overall it was sufficient.
We enjoyed the proximity to everything we love so the location was perfect for us. We were sad to leave the 80° weather to return to NL , Canada.

We enjoy every minute of our stay. The house is well constructed, comfortable beds and pillows, the pool has a lavish garden view, the kitchen is well equipped for the ones that like to cook. The location is excellent close to the beach and the stores. The check-in was an easy process with an electric code. Even tough our first day was a holyday we still have support from the office. The price is more than reasonable considering we are a family of 6 (that takes 3 hotel bedrooms)Happy Camper!

While the property seemed great online, you never really know until you get there. We were totally satisfied from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. Communication from the local property manager before our trip was great and super thorough. Everything about the house was just as described and as shown in the photos. We often stay in vacation rentals when we travel and this property was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. We loved the electronic lock on the front door - it was great to just arrive and let ourselves in without having to search for a lockbox or meet up with someone. I would rent from Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC again, It was a great - no hassle experience to work with this very professional local company!

My family and I had a delightful stay at this lovely home with a nice pool. We opted to not heat the pool because it would have cost an extra $1,800. We had amazing weather and for the most part found that we could use the pool fine. I compared the unheated pool to my parent’s heated pool and clearly it is better to heat it. If you have elderly parents or small children I would heat it but for our needs, we were fine not heating it. We had a couple of issues upon arrival ( sliding door and a running toilet) but the maintenance worker very promptly came and fixed everything. I would definitely rent this house again. We could walk both to the beach ( about 10 minutes) and to Mercato ( about 10 minutes). Fantastic location!

Excellent stay in Naples
What an amazing house and location. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach week in Naples. Located between the beach and restaurants, we could not have picked a better spot. The house and pool were comfortable, clean and well equipped! Beach chairs, garage, washer and dryer, this house has it all!

Garage door was broken. Beach chairs tattered and shabby. Umbrella broken. Basically nothing as advertised other than it had a roof. Very disappointed and ruined our trip. Call to the management company and emails went in answered. They kept having the maintenance people call when I asked for a higher level person. No on ever called or emailed.
Do NOT rent this place or any other property owned by this landlord. Zero satisfaction and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the over priced stay with a leas that desirable property.

The house was nice and clean. The location was close to the beach. But several things did not work well in this house. First of all the garage door did not work so we could not use the garage. There was a water leak in the garage. The air conditioner stop working for an entire day, waiting for a repairman was not part of our vacation plan turns out the air conditioner needs a new pump. The kitchen did not have a garbage disposal. The sliding door to the pool did not close or lock dangerous!(waited for repairman for that too!)

Fabulous Stay!
This was an annual girls trip. We stayed close to the beach for the first time and thoroughly loved it. We were also thrilled the house had a pool, but next time we will pay the extra to have it heated as it was still chilly. The home was wonderful as it met our needs to accommodate 6 women. Very roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fact it had several bikes to ride and plenty of beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lani was nice to be able to get out of the sun and enjoy conversations with everyone. We loved our stay and would go back again as it worked out perfectly for us.

House as described
The house was as described. A longer walk to the beach than expected.
The house was not secure. No way to lock sliding glass doors.
Also we weren't expecting pool attendant to service pool and came right in the pool area without notice. (we were sunbathing).
Also the televisions were old. Cable did not have basic ESPN. Not usually an issue but during March Madness it would be nice to watch a game!

Fantastic spacious home within walking distance to the beach
We loved everything about this house. The location, the finishes, the kitchen contents, tile and bamboo flooring and spacious feel. We did not 'swim' in the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed the south facing pool area. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach. We also appreciate that it was pet friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Wonderful Home
This home was everything I could want. My family really enjoyed the pool. My wife and I liked the fact this house is professionally managed. You get a better experience. The cleaning in particular was great. We will definitely be back and recommend this to anyone looking for a nicely priced home in a nice area near the beach.

We have vacationed in
We have vacationed in Naples for the last 5years but always rented a condo. This is the first time we rented a house because we brought our family with us. I just have to say that this house with a covered attached pool
was absolutely perfect. We were very pleased with the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach. (Vanderbilt Beach). Also, having Mercato shopping plaza and Whole Foods very close was another plus and having 5th Ave only 15-20 minutes away was great. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We were pleased with the furnishings of the home and we would absolutely rent it again in the future.

Easy walk to the beach. Close to Whole Foods and the Mercato. There might have been one or two little things, but nothing worth mentioning. Overall a delightful vacation spot. And I would definitely stay here again.

Pool Home Close to the Beach!
This house had it all. The pool was nice and roomy for our family of 5. The location was quiet, safe, and close to the beach and shops. The house was very clean, and set up nicely. There were more than enough towels for us to use. The house has beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. The rental company was easy to work with.

Overall v good. V pricey but good location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Pool screens were all damaged and there were bugs and spiders around. Inside was clean and updated.

Great location, great house layout.
The house was roomy and laid out well for privacy. Management was easy to work with. The pool was such fun- roomy and well-maintained. Storm damage on the pool screens remains but didn't impact our stay. Great location!
