We were going to a wedding not to far from this property. The house was perfect for three couples. Everything we needed was provided.

We had an awesome stay. It was very luxurious, modern with great air con (we had 25 degree days). Pool was clean and facilities were hotel standard. Highly recommend anyone to stay there.

We arrived at the property slightly late & was dark already. The owner was so kind, he switched on the lights for us so it was not so dark to drive in. The house was well equipped, comfortable & very spacious. All bedrooms had it's own ensuite was definitely a bonus & super convenient, no need to wait for shared bathroom. The ducted heating & air-conditioning kept the house in very comfortable temperature no matter the temperature outside. The house also came with a well stocked fridge including milk, eggs, bacon, jam & yoghurt. Well & truly sufficient for 2 days breakfast for four of us. It is so peaceful, there were families of kangaroos as your companions. The kangaroos got very close to the house, probably the closest to nature you can get. Extremely relaxing, highly recommended if you're searching for a place to stay in Wollombi area.

We stayed at Gysy Willows for the 2nd time this year and it was perfect again. Great location, gorgeous view and absolute peace and quiet. Will definitely come again!!

We enjoyed our stay so much at Gypsy Willows! What a beautiful and expansive property with all the little luxuries along the way. Whether warming up by the fireplace on a cold night or having a dip in the pool on a hot day, our spring stay was perfect and was thoroughly enjoyed by our family - and we loved meeting all the beautiful animals in the paddock!

We have just had a sensational long weekend at Gypsy Willows. I don't think that I have ever relaxed so quickly on arriving at a holiday destination. Jim and Jo have set up the perfect luxurious retreat on a beautiful property. The views are fabulous, the wildlife abundant, and every need is catered for to the highest possible standard. I could not recommend Gypsy Willows highly enough.

Everything is perfect and top quality! Quite and beautiful place!

This property and its surroundings are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, and completely secluded. There was plenty of room for six adults to spread out and enjoy the peace and quiet. Furthermore, we were at the doorstep of the best of The Hunter. Jim couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you Gypsy Willows

I cannot recommend this beautiful property enough for a relaxing weekend away with friends or family in the beautiful Hunter Valley. The hosts Jim and Jo couldn't have been more lovely and accommodating (a local bottle of sparkling and freshly baked scones were laid out for our arrival) and the house is beautifully decorated with everything you could want and need for a chilled weekend away from the big smoke. The location is an easy drive from the Hunter Valley wineries if you want to go exploring and the nearby Wollombi shops and restaurants have everything you need if you want to rug up by the fire indoors and not venture far from the property all weekend (which we didn't!). We are already planning our next weekend away at Gypsy Willows - for a luxury weekend away it definitely ticked all the boxes for us.
