Great location and very nice condo

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It was clean and comfortable and we were really happy with the accommodations. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai overlooking the golf course. It's a bottom unit of a two-story condo complex and it was pretty quiet luckily. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with appliances and cookware, but just know there is nothing besides salt and pepper in the cabinets, which is fine, it's just good to know what to pack ahead of time if you plan on cooking a lot. It was a stone's throw from the community pool which was nice. The beds were all comfortable. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby, I'm not sure we even made a dent in what was around. We had one very minor issue with a shower drain but the manager is very accessible and was right on it. Communication was never a problem - very pleasant and prompt. Not much else to say - the condo is spacious and was more than enough room for the two of us....I will say it's a 3 bedroom unit so while it was great for the two of us, if you had 6 adults in there, I'm not sure where you would all sit b/c there is only 1 couch. Could maybe use another piece of furniture in the living space and a little better lighting. It is not the same as the white couch depicted in the picture - it's a smaller, grey sectional. The other thing worth mentioning is it doesn't have beach chairs or umbrella. I made the incorrect assumption that all Florida rentals had beach chairs! Not a demerit, I just wish I had known that cause I would have brought my own. But it was overall a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

The unit is old and worened out for it’s price. Wash and dry machines are very old. The neighborhood is quite . It is too calm and can be boring for families with children but good if you want space from the city. The unit manager is very quick with her response when you ask something. Overall, it is good location if you have a car. We had a conflict with the owner for checking out 3 days earlier since I gave birth earlier then planned, but could not get our money back. Because of this experience after staying nearly 2,5 months at the unit, we will not come back to stay again.

Experience front to back was great. Place is clean, quiet, and spacious. Definitely would recommend!

The only oddity was that the middle bedroom does not have any windows (as it backs up to another condo and/or other bedrooms) & it was lacking outlets. Overall great stay!

The condo was clean, and nice and cool on arrival. The pool was very close and mostly empty for our stay. All appliances worked well and the condo was stocked with toiletries and towels. The only oddity was that the middle bedroom does not have any windows (as it backs up to another condo and/or other bedrooms) & it was lacking outlets. Overall great stay!

We did spend some time up at the main clubhouse where they have a few restaurants that you can use without being a member.

Very nice place to stay! Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Great location on the golf course, and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We’d come back!

This is one of our favorite places of all the private rentals where we have stayed. The location is good. The area is very safe and quiet and with essentially two master bedrooms, everyone was very comfortable. I have already recommended it to friends and family.

The kitchen appliances and TVs were modern, the beds were very comfortable, the porch was a nice spot to relax and watch the golfers and birds. The villas neighborhood was quiet and dog friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. One thing the condo needs is a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. There were four women in the group and could not see our full length. Condo was well equipped for our needs. Our electricity went off one afternoon and was off for 5 hours. But Florida Power & Light took care.

The place was beautiful, clean, quite. Beach, and mall was 15min away. Grocery store right down the street. Very convenient awesome hospitality. Beautiful area

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.

House was fantastic. The owner had renovated it to a modern touch and to a very high quality. We were on the green and about half a mile from the Resort Hotel. Highly recommended, especially if you're attending an event at the Resort, because you're close and because it beats staying in a hotel room.

We loved staying there. It has everything. Pool is a short walk.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks commencing at the end of November. The condo itself is an end unit of a row of condos in a quiet community adjacent to the PGA National golf course. What struck us the most upon our arrival was how bright the unit is and how well it is maintained, furnished and equipped, except for a BBQ. Everything is very modern, with comfortable furniture and beds. There is a large screened-in lanai that overlooks a pond and the golf course which is most scenic. It is only a three minute walk to the community pool and there is ample parking just outside the condo door. There are many great restaurants in the area and lots of shopping. All in all, our two-week stay was most comfortable and relaxing. However, the good memories of our stay have been tarnished because of the efforts expended to obtain the return of our “refundable damage deposit”. After waiting for over three weeks for the refund, I called the Property Manager who informed me that I must contact HomeAway. I spoke with three Homeaway Customer Service Representatives and HomeAway apparently contacted the owner. I had left three phone messages with the owner to advise him of the difficulties, with no response. Later that same day I received a HomeAway website email stating that my refund had been processed. The refund was credited to my card later that day, almost a month after our departure. I would also advise any future travellers to carefully review the dates of their reservation to ensure accuracy because the dates stated on our confirmation were inaccurate.

We came to stay in this apartment in November and it was immaculately clean and beautifully put together. We definitely recommend.

This 1st floor condo of the Championship Golf course in PGA National was exceptional. As stated everything is brand new and works perfectly. The apartment was extremely clean!

Totally impressed with this apartment. My wife children and I felt like we had more than enough space and the Pga Resort area was amazing. The value of this 2 bedroom apartment is unbelievable.

The host deserves 5 stars. The checkin was seamless and the apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a professionally maintained property and no hassles.

We rented this place back in September and the place is really beautiful. This is actually the 3rd property we have rented from this individual and all are professionally run and when you walk inside the apartment the apartments it feels like you are the first person who has ever stayed there.
