Excellent location, beautiful view of the sea, the garden, the surroundings of the house and comfortable beds. Also very good client services from Sandra from Athens including tips for interesting places in the area.

We had a problem with the cleanliness of the house. Upon arrival we had to wash the floor, tables and kitchen as it was really not clean. We also washed some of the knives because there were old pieces of food on them. Some towels were dirty. I wrote about it to Sandra, who wrote back that it was a surprise for her and that they had never had a similar problem in the past, but no one came to clean during our entire stay. The interior of the house and the furnishings are really old and some of the appliances seem to be at the end of their life. When you want to use hot water, you have to turn on the special electric fuses for electric boiler. When you want to use the stove, you have to open the door (so we decided not to use the stove). If the interior of the house is renovated, the house has huge potential. I know that it is difficult for Sandra to check from Athens how the house is cleaned, so I don't want to be biased and believe that the problem with cleanliness was only with us.

Great location. Beautiful garden. Fantastic outside facilities, shower, grill, oven. The house was clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen and appliances were all there and working. Plenty of kitchen utilities which was important for us traveling with two small children. Magnificent balcony with great sunset view. On the roof even better view. Balcony was cool and mostly in shadow. Great communication with Sandra. Never saw her but met her wonderful aunt and niece. Initially there was no baby chair. We asked about it and they provided a brand new chair for us. Superb service!

The gate sometimes didn't close automatically and had to be done by hand. Minor thing but sometimes a bit annoying.

Fabulous villa. Friendly, attentive hosts who were genuinely happy to help. Spotlessly clean, an excellent range of cooking utensils, gorgeous view in quiet, private and beautiful gardens with citrus, olive and fruit trees, extremely comfortable bed (it was difficult to get up in the morning!) lovely outdoor shower, proximity to the beach and restaurants. If you don't want to go out to eat, the local takeaway deliver to the villa and there was never a problem. Loved every minute of our two week stay.
