We had a family wedding in town so needed a place that had 5 BR’s. This townhouse fit the bill and was walkable to town. I would say it will need a little updating in the next few years and the shades did not work so tough to get natural light in. The space and location we were overall very satisfactory.

The house was awesome and a short 2 minute walk to the lifts. Great proximity to downtown as well only 10-15 minute walk away. Very clean house and easily fit our large group. Would stay again.

Pros- Location is amazing! Even small children could walk to slopes and to town (walk back from town had me huffing and puffing but was totally manageable). Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Fireplace was wonderful. We had minor issues with batteries and it was quickly fixed. Kitchen had all we needed to make multiple meals.
Cons- Lots of wear and tear. Large areas with paint coming off of ceiling, bathrooms could use updates.
Overall- not luxurious but very comfortable. Great for ski trip with amazing location.

We booked this home as part of an executive trip and it was a big hit. The house was perfect, the property management company was super responsive to all of my questions, they recommended a fantastic grocery person to pre-stock the home for us - it was all very easy and would absolutely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 7 kids aged 3-10. The home provided excellent accommodations and was in a reasonable distance from the lodge to walk back and forth. Host was very responsive and accommodating to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this condo and the one next door for a large group of adults attending a wedding in town. The location was perfect for us to hang out all together and each couple still had their own space. Convenient location to downtown and a bus stop for the free bus to deer valley and kimball Junction. Host was communicative and answered any questions we had. Would recommend!

The house's layout -- two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms plus a separate floor with living room, dining, and kitchen areas -- was an excellent arrangement for our group of two households.
A few people were concerned, ahead of time, about the lack of air conditioning, but with the cool Park City summer evenings, this turned out not to be a problem for us.

This was the perfect place for five teen boys and their dads. It was clean and walkable to everything (town and skiing). The amenities were great. We will 100% be back next year.

Ski trip
We enjoyed the property. There were 9 adults and plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was great as it was close to the mountain. Access to buses was easy as well. The property management was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.

Large group getaway
The house is in a good location convenient to main street and the base of Park City. It comfortably sleeps large groups with a few common areas as well. We thought cleanliness, particularly of the bedding, could have been better. However, the property management was responsive and addressed our concerns.

Amazing Place to Stay in Park City!
Everything about our stay was amazing. The house was so convenient to Old Town and the mountain. We could walk to almost everything. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The team at iTrip were so helpful and responded quickly. They reached out several times before the trip and during our stay to make sure that we had what we needed. The free activities were awesome! White water rafting, SUP and kayaking. Would highly recommend iTrip and would rent from them again!

Great stay
My family and I were very comfortable during our stay in this home. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The house is nice, with lots of nice finishes and amenities, especially for our young kids. The location is amazing! Just a few minutes away from Park City Mountain, and close to both Main Street and the bus stop. We definitely could have stayed longer, and would happily come back.

Exceptional Property-Wonderful Communication
We all had a wonderful time in this house. Everything we needed to cook a nice meal was there. We all enjoyed the ability to stretch out and have our own space. (There were 10 of us). A minor issue came up and was addressed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. This will be my go to property in Park City.

Great location near Park City Mountain Resort chair lifts. Had everything we needed for our trip. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Large dining room table to gather with family or friends.

Great home and location for our group
We had 5 couples stay in the home this previous week and it was great. Short walk to the Park City village for skiing or also a short walk to Old Town/Downtown for dinner and drinks. The rooms and bathrooms well clean and appropriately sized. The common spaces allowed all 10 of us to lounge around. Would definitely recommend this for any larger group.

Holiday family ski trip
For the most part Everything about the house and host were great. We however were very disappointed in the kitchen and what it had to offer. There was very used pots and pans, pancake maker had a cord that didn’t work, no coffee pot and a very dirty pot that heats water, no hot pads to use with the oven . The first day there were several things not working but they responded and acted quickly . We have stayed in many places and there was always a reference book with info that was useful, they did not have one. This would be as nice added feature!

We loved the house! We took our kids and our parents for a weekend getaway. The location was very convenient and a short walk to downtown. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house is stocked with everything you need. We would defiantly recommend and can't wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in Park City! The location on the mountain was perfect for either walking into town or a hike - literally out the door. We had a large group, 3 families, staying staying at the property. It’s close enough, the older kids could walk home from slopes when needed. The house is well stocked, check in is easy, and everything is exactly how it appears on the listing. We enjoyed it!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was just how we expected from the listing. It’s a great option for large groups wanting to walk back and forth to Park City Mountain Resort. It was a little cumbersome communicating with the rental company (delayed responses and answering services instead of direct contacts) but we had no real issues. All concerns and questions were handled eventually. They stock the house with toiletries and other supplies to get you started which is super helpful!!

I loved this property - the location is very central and close to the old town as well as the lifts. It is large enough for a family with plenty of room to watch TV, relax, eat, and even a deck with a grill and a hot tub! Great communication from the management company. They were professional and accommodating. Overall - 5 STARS!

This a great property in a perfect location - close to both the lifts and the restaurants and shops in old town. The house is very large with 5 bedrooms and room for a large family. It has multiple levels with places to spread out, watch tv, relax, and even a deck with a hot tub and a grill! The iTrip rental team is very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Overall, I rate this property and the experience 5 stars!

We enjoyed our stay here and found it had everything we needed to enjoy family time and get in a bit of skiing.
5 min walk to Park City ticket office and lifts and about 10 mins to Main St restaurants,, shopping and bars.
