Location was great on the front of beach. Staff were friendly except manager. Clean property.

Room was very disappointing. Booked a twin room with patio view. It was a very tiny room with window overlooking a interior roof of building. No coffee or tea, bathroom sparse no shelves no shower screen water flooded everywhere when showering. Manager not understanding

Car parking is really a problem.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff member who served us was so very kind and went above to help us . Arrived late at night and would of just loved to get a drink of any sort as we spent a long time travelling but could get nothing . Also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing .

The location perfect for us to enjoy a night on the Arenal. Staff welcoming. Breakfast staff excellent. Very attentive

Within the first hour after a very stressful day some entree our room while we were resting. I realise we should have locked the door. We then had a knock from someone who appeared to be a member of staff asking if we wanted anything. Then a member of staff came to the room asking for our passport. I was very suspicious of this we had handed them in when we checked in .I had to ask my husband to to reception with the staff member. I then worried about security. When we returned from an evening out we couldn’t access the room with one of the smart keys. After lengthy attempts I went back to reception and was issued with a third key. Security therefore a worry. We know the area well . The reason for our stay being the sale of our villa on the 25th March after 21 years of living in Benitachell Security therefore a concern for me in he hotel Would also suggest breakfast starts a little earlier

We stayed one night at the hotel and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed and they even upgraded our room with the see view. The room is very good standard and they provided a really nice breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel.
