From the time I came in the employees up front was so helpful friendly and help me figure out my reservation. The hotel was very clean beautiful the outside pool hot tub and setting area was amazing. We go to our room OMG it was so clean the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved how y'all had the dove hand soap and lotion by the sink also Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. I didn't even need to bring anything lol. And again all staff were amazing anytime they saw us they were so nice and spoke to us I also explained I had autism grandson five and he is verbal I wanted them to know because if they got any complaints of being loud or moving around and the lady up front took care of us and she made sure and made me feel comfortable that where we were that it would all be okay. We really enjoyed being there. And looking for our next visit in October I do believe October the 11th. We will be back o have a Dr appointment down there about having surgery on my broken foot. We can't wait.

I honestly don't know what I can put in here to make this place to be any better Y'all are amazing y'all's team is amazing The overall Holiday inn Express and suite by far in almost my 51 years of having to travel has been the best hotel I've ever in my life stayed at I have none whatsoever complaints.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was traveling with my special needs son and thankfully the staff helped me get ice since there wasn’t an ice machine on the first floor. That’s not very convenient.

The pool closed at 9PM when it says it is open til 10AM.

Breakfast had a good variety of options. Pool was quite busy one of the nights but still enjoyable. Easy access to University of Florida campus while still being close to many shopping and dining options.

Locals were having a big party at the pool. Coffee could have been stronger.

The location was great, super close to UF Shands. Has a great area full of different locations to shop and to grab a bite of food. Super clean hotel and loved the view of the pool from our room. Room was clean and very spacious!

Personally didn’t have any problems. Easy and quick check in process and super quick check out, had everything ready. Breakfast was good, especially since it was complementary!

Very quiet hotel, extremely comfortable bed and room, Very clean and large TV with HBO.

The rate was at the top end of the scale.

Of all the 1-night hotels we stayed at on our 10 night road trip, this was by far the best. It was the newest room (no signs of wear, very modern), every area we visited was clean, and very convenient to the highway. We wished we had more time to actually enjoy this hotel and its pool versus just using as a place to sleep on our way home.

We were a bit concerned when we checked in as the employee at the front desk was having difficulty with another guest and then was very unprofessional in badmouthing that guest when he walked away. Luckily he checked us in without incident.
