The position of the chalet is the best thing.

The chalet was immaculate and well equipped. We had beautiful views from the lounge overlooking The Needles. All in all a wonderful location and excellent accommodation.

Lovely location. Could hear the sound of the waves from the living room. Furniture in living room a little cramped, could be made more spacious

What a fabulous chalet, in the most perfect position with great decor and everything we could possibly want, including a view to die for. And we absolutely love the tree! We bought our breakfast from the cabin, lunch from the cafe further along the beach and had dinner in the Noisy Lobster. Perfect!

We were delighted with the high standard of our chalet and we found it to be very well equipped and comfortable.There was only one problem and that was the rather lumpy springs in the two twin beds. But apart from that, it was superb!

A second lovely week at this lovely location with marvelous views and great restaurants. I took my parents i2 and 90 and they really enjoyed it and relaxed.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this chalet. Particularly lovely location, stunning views and peacefully situated. Ideal for couples or families of all ages. The chalet was nice and clean and pleasantly decorated. A nice addition would be if there was a hairdryer available for use. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the outside decking and watching the world go by. The sun went off the decking by midday. It's a shame that the branches on next doors tree couldn't be thinned out so the chalet would get some afternoon sun. On a plus the lawn area in front of the decking was in sun into the early afternoon. On the whole a most enjoyable stay.

The chalet is so well positioned on the sea front and near the harbour. The shower is fabulous and there is plenty of room for 4 in the chalet. We had a wonderful long weekend. Oh and the pool on site is heated and lovely.

The Chalet is homely, clean and comfortable. It’s in a perfect position overlooking the sea. We had a very relaxing weekend.

The Chalet by the Sea under the Tree is a lovely property to rent. It is extremely clean and well furnished and the views from the lounge/dining/kitchen area are amazing. Two sunloungers on the decking would add to the enjoyment.

Great chalet in an amazing location.

Gorgeous property, beautifully decorated with some nice touches. Quality products from bedding through to crockery. Right next to the beach on a holiday park with a bar and pool. Close to several pubs and a very good restaurant.

I have been visiting Avon Beach since I was 5 years old (now 75 years old) and living in Southbourne. Perfect well kept property to revisit now I am living in Oxford.

I have been going to Mudeford and the Christchurch area since I was young in the 80s. I have walked passed the chalets many times and always wanted to stay there. Well ....35 odd years later and many visits to Christchurch since, I finally had the idea to book and take some family members as a treat for an Autumn short break. This chalet did not disappoint and everything that is described is correct and the sea view in full view from the chalet is 50 yards away. Mudeford really hasn’t changed much in many years and is an English unspoilt hidden gem and even when the weather isn’t good, it’s still a wonderful place. We didn’t need to go outside of Mudeford for the weekend and spent our time shared between walking along the long stretch of beach, the haven house pub, the seafood bar and the Noisy lobster restaurant, which is really the only main addition to this stretch of coast in 40 odd years, which is superb. Booking was easy and the property is well managed the property manager was particularly excellent and helpful. I will be booking again soon and hope to have 2-3 short breaks a year. Dear “Mudeford and the “chalet under the tree “ please don’t ever change. .....

The chalet is located in a brilliant location - it really was a great place for the two of us to recuperate. Perfect to sit out in the evening on the decking with a glass of wine, watching and listening to the sea. The photos give an accurate indication of the property. Samantha, the host, was excellent and extremely efficient at communicating - nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely clean cabin, adjacent Mudeford quay and Avon Beach. Comfortable and homely. Restaurants and Cafes only a short walk away. Good views of the Isle of Wight, and easy access into Christchurch town centre. Site Facilities include swimming pool. Would recommend as a fabulous get-away!

This is a fantastic property with a superb location. The chalet has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely think about visiting again.
