Lincoln City was one of our favorite Oregon places to visit when we lived in Corvallis. With five weeks in this wonderful VRBO condo, it still is. Get up in the morning and watch the whales spout their way down the coast toward Depoe Bay. If you're there near the end of June, catch an amazing weekend Kite Festival. A comfortable place to have family and friends join you in the second bedroom for a week or so, full kitchen for goodies, electric grill on the patio, just a perfect spot for a few days or a few weeks.

This is a great little condo right on the coast. The ability to open the patio door and listen to the ocean first thing in the morning or in the evening right before bed is super nice.

First off, this was the cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in. Everything was beautiful. All appliances were labeled with specific instructions and worked well. The kitchen was well-stocked. The hot tub was older, but clean and worked great.
I won't rate beds, because comfort is so subjective, but the pillows are amazing! I slept so well.
The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We never heard a sound from the people in the neighboring condo, either.
I will definitely recommend this place to others, as well as go back myself.

Such a beautiful spot to stay! We had a few issues. First, the washer wouldn’t shut—after a couple hours, we got ahold of the on-site manager to find out you need to lift up on the door a bit when trying to close it. Then, there were several power outages. Not sure what caused them, but it was kind of annoying. the light in the hot tub didn’t work (minor annoyance). Overall the property was nice and not very hard to get to the beach access (4 minute walk). Make sure you bring everything you need food wise for cooking. Especially cold stuff because there are no leftovers in the unit for guests. Also we would have signed a guest book to express our appreciation but it wasn’t on any table, as stated. We will be back!

Excellent property in everything. We arrived to find it spotless and in a wonderful location. We had two couples and the size and layout was perfect. The owners were very responsive to my questions and answered them quickly. If you plan to use the pool and hot tub you might have to wash some towels, but with the unit having a washer and dryer it was no issue at all.

it was as advertised. Clean and a great location. Only two problems. The door on the dishwasher wouldn't stay closed so we did our dishes by hand. Just in case the door would fall open during a cycle. Then the clothes washer door would not shut so we weren't able to start a load of towels when we left. We contacted the Keystone number but no one answered so we left a message outlining the above two problems. I hope they contacted the owners so the next group wouldn't have the same problems

This is the second year to have stayed there. We love the cozy atmosphere, with everything we could have needed. We love the fireplace, hot tub and comfortable beds! We plan to go back next year as well!

What a wonderful place to stay! Booking was so easy and getting into the condo was a breeze. Close to the beach access and shops. Some times the only noise you hear is the sound of the waves. So worth it!

Love the NO PETS on property.... This place is very functional with a nice view of the ocean. Clean, easy to get in and get out...We loved the garage parking which may be tough to use on the weekends but during the week there were plenty of spots available. Thank you

Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our time here. The condo was supplied with all of the things that we needed to cook and enjoy the week. The hot tub was a great perk. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the beautiful view. The place was clean and inviting. We look forward to coming again next year.

The view was perfect, everything seemed maintenances well, kitchen was well equipped, quiet area. Personally not a fan of the chairs in the living room lol.. but there’s a couch as well. All in all, I had fun.

A little piece of heaven
We had a wonderful time in Lincoln City. This condo was well equipped. If you are staying more than 3 nights, you will need to bring more tp, and it took great pressure to close the dishwasher, but we got it done. The washer was another story though. We could not get the door shut no matter what, so could not start the towels that we meant to get started. I would recommend any way, as it is very comfy, and having the ocean view was wonderful. Only rated contact with property managers as good, because we did not contact them. It is required to rate though.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing gateway, beautiful ocean view, relaxing private hot tube, plenty of space for our family, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook great meals. It also has a pack and play for our little one. Nothing to complain, we will return for sure.

Excellent choice
My sister and I booked this unit for a short getaway to Lincoln City and could not have been more pleased. I was drawn to reviews that referenced the cleanliness of the unit and they were right. The beauty ocean views, the comfort of two king beds ( rare!!) and two full bathrooms as well as the comfy living room furniture made this a perfect choice. Every about the fully equipped unit was easy…parking, close beach access and kitchen equipment! We could not have been happier. Highly recommend.
