This is my third stay in this property over the last 18 months. All visits have been wonderful. The condo is clean, kitchen is well stocked and the location is perfect.

Great ocean view and sound Inadequate supply of towels. Master bedroom did not have bathmat Notices written in authoritative, non- friendly way.

My best friend and our daughter rented the condo for a little friend vacation. It was an accurate listing and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was there was no way to cool down the condo, and I admit I forgot to call the manager on-site to ask about it. Beyond that, it was a great vacation at the beach!

Blocked view of ocean to the south..not indicated in description. could see into another unit...uncomfortable. Called manager and left message...never got returned call..TV stations were horrible. Unit was very roomy and clean. Pleased with that.

Just Awesome!!

We had a great visit! Everything was clean and well cared for. The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect. We didn't notice in the pictures beforehand, but the neighbors to the left of the balcony can see the deck and hot tub. We spent hours on the beach and enjoyed the restaurants and bakery that were withing walking distance. There were carts for loading in and out with ease. If you need ADA parking, it might be good to let them know ahead of time as more than one car without a placard parked in the ADA spots. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely by far, the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, from the location, communication, the parking garage underneath, and the jacuzzi. We will be back!

Overall we loved our experience there. Everything was high quality in the condo and we loved the hot tub. The only reason I had to take away one star is the setup of the building and the location of this condo. We were surprised not to have a 180 degree view. The condo to the left of our balcony stuck out about 15'. That condo unit had a window that could look directly on to our balcony and into our unit unless they closed the blinds. We learned to ignore it, but I would not choose that location again because of the lack of privacy. Overall, we had a wonderful time there. Kylo's was our favorite restaurant (which is very close). It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. I had a couple questions on the weekend and the management service was very quick to respond to my call.

It was the perfect place for a rainy week , Clean hot tub , covered patio, fireplace, very clean and cozy . Great location, stocked kitchen . Bring your own coffee, Scissors, Tupperware, foil and baggies …, no included . GREAT PLACE.

This is our second stay at this condo in 2021 and both times we enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time, condo was clean, pretty well equipped, and central to all the fun Lincoln City has to offer.

Everything went very smoothly from initial online contact for reservation through check out! I was amazed by how I only had email contacts and everything was clean and instructions were very clear for entering, leaving and hot tub instructions. One side of jacuzzi spouts didn’t work as well but with only two of is it was a non issue. Had enough of everything for our enjoyment and comfort. Did not use tv or other electronics. The view of the beach from this unit was not the full on panoramic view I had hoped but still enjoyable. I believe it was a bit less expensive because of that. Having our own rooms and bathrooms was lovely. These seem to have firm memory foam Mattresses which we slept well on. Bring your own pillow if you have a favorite one. We adjusted but our necks were a bit sore first morning. Hot tub helped immensely with relaxation!!! I would go again!

My little family of three had the most wonderful time. The indoor pool, location to the beach and patio hot tub we perfect for both my husband and I and our three year old. Everything was available, clean and very walkable. Great kitchen. Wonderful view. It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave...so we didn’t. The property manager helped arrange it so we could stay one extra night in the same unit to take in the beautiful sunsets. We will be back. A lot!!!

Everything was easy from reservations to check-in. The condo was well decorated, comfortable, and clean. View was fantastic and hot tub delightful. Would use again and recommend to others.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe with this place. The entire condo was clean, smelled wonderful, the views are amazing and the beds were beyond comfortable! Will be coming back!

Great location, amenities, and modern appointments. Impressive amount of dishes, pans, and utensils. The location of this particular unit caused an issue with comfort. This is a first floor unit located right above the pool. Tree think this caused the unit to be uncomfortably hot. My friend and I, two women, weren’t comfortable leaving windows wide at night. Thank you to the owner or manager for dowels to allow cracking the window. Even so, my friend slept on the couch due to the high temperature.

This was our third time at the property, recommend highly to our friends.

Clean, so well organized, we had everything we needed, cupboards well stocked! Amazing view! Super comfy beds! The couch was soft and comfortable and the guys loved the recliners! Wish I didnt have to leave!

The condo itself was ok...the shower in the back bedroom was not clean and there were dirty washcloth and hand towel left there! Also the dryer was full of bedding, and there was a laundry bag at front entry on bench left behind....the condo itself definately could use airconditioning....it was so hot and stuffy in there in October, crazy! We were hot hot hot...had windows and fans going the whole time and it was still HOT, and we were also disappointed that there was no beach access on property!
