Wonderful stay

Love the location and view from this place, it’s the perfect blend between downtown Saugatuck and a hop, skip, and jump to Oval Beach! A thank you to the wonderful hosts for making my birthday trip wonderful.

We enjoyed the location, the space, the view. Every employee we spoke with was polite, respectful and helpful. The unit was pristine and cozy. We were glad the heat worked since it was a chilly evening! If we come back to the area we'll definitely look here again.

We enjoyed the location, the space, the view. Every employee we spoke with was polite, respectful and helpful. The unit was pristine and cozy. We were glad the heat worked since it was a chilly evening! If we come back to the area we'll definitely look here again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. On nice weather evenings we enjoyed relaxing on the patio after enjoying Saugatuck during the day. The room is very cute, clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you need. Service staff were excellent.

This is a clean, comfortable, charming property and our unit was perfect for 2 adults. We stayed for a week and never felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen was great and we spent a lot of time on the spacious deck watching the river. The location is very peaceful while still being conveniently close to restaurants, shops etc. The grounds and landscaping are lovely and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Spent four wonderful nights in the clean and comfortable “Penthouse” for our 31st anniversary. Loved the private deck with beautiful view. Swanky pool area. Great location nestled between Oval Beach and the river waterfront. Kind and attentive staff. Cannot wait to return.

We stayed in the “penthouse” suite 700. Great view of the waterfront from our deck. Clean, comfortable accommodations. The private pool was wonderful and the staff was friendly. We’d definitely book again.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Well located for range of activities. Clean and well stocked for in home cooking.

Mattress needs to be replaced. Also, there is one room darkening shade in the bedroom. The other older shade in the bedroom needs to be replaced with a room darkening shade, too.

We love staying here! Great proximity to Saugatuck by chain ferry or by driving. We stayed in the penthouse this time around and loved it even more than our previous stays on Holiday Hill. This was our 4th year at Holiday Hill and we were blown away by the upgrade to the pool area! So chic! I also have to mention the staff, they are so friendly and kind. They make you feel like family when you’re there. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I and our 13 yo daughter stayed at Holiday Hill recently and had a great experience! The apartment was spotless as was the outdoor area, including the pool. The location is very close to the chain ferry (be aware that the ferry will close at even a threat of weather. There is a taxi service that any restaurant or store owner can give you the number for if you find yourself stuck downtown) and the Baldhead mountain steps. Holiday House was great for our small group, but would also be ideal to rent multiple units for large groups. We will definitely stay here again when in Saugatuck again. Thank you Nick!

Fantastic location. Downtown, the beach, hiking etc. is all minutes away whether walking, biking or car. But, the Holiday Hill Resort also feels away from it all once you are on-site. Super friendly staff, extra clean, excellent pool and amenities. Will be back.

This property was very clean, well maintained, and was prime location to go to downtown Saugatuck and oval beach. It is nestled privately on a hill with a heated pool that was clean, never crowded, and literally just steps away from the unit. The property manager was quick to reply and communicable from beginning to end, and was able to answer all questions I had. The weather was rainy most of the weekend, but we were still able to enjoy being outdoors with the view of the river from the porch, underneath the covering. I have zero negative things to say (except the rainy weather, but of course that’s out of everyone’s control). We will be returning in the future!

We liked the location. Very close to Oval Beach by car. Chain ferry made it easy to get to Downtown. Especially good property for families.

This property is beautiful and clean. Sun loungers on deck, grill, heated swimming pool. Cary, Cheryl and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nick responded within minutes and answered any questions prior to our arrival. We will most definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Pool was close so the kids were constantly entertained. Only complaint was that this says it sleeps 4 and the sofa sleeper wasn't comfortable enough for my small children. Two adults would not want to sleep on it. Luckily we had an air mattress.

Nicely updated inn! Great pool deck with just about the best views you will get of Saugatuck. The owners and staff were very friendly and communicative. We could not have asked for a better experience.
