The lay out of the condo was awesome. The view spectacular! I was a little surprised to walk in and find sheets hanging up over the folding doors to the washer and dryer. And a pillow in each of the bedrooms that didn't have pillow cases on them. The refrigerator shelfs really need to be taken out and washed. Last but also least was the small beep coming from the refrigerator, I think it meant the filter needed to be replaced. But that was all small stuff to us.

The 4 of us hadn’t been together since 2019. We had enough room to move around and not be on top of each other. The property was easy to get to and we felt safe. Thank you, Lincoln City. We had a great time!!

Very clean, short walk to the beach access. Close to great restaurants, easy drive to the casino and outlets. Everything was just as the listing described. Would definitely choose this property again.

The place and location was great. Such beautiful views. It was our first stay with Vrbo or any other rental website. Beds for me were very hard but my husband loved them (all personal preference). Over all would definitely stay there again.

Condo was great until a storm wiped out our fridge and the agency was either understaffed or ?? But despite asking for help, food in fridge and freezer thawed for our 6 guests. Disappointing service and unexpected costly food bill for the price of our stay :(

Check in was smooth, and management was good about communication. The condo was fair for cleanliness. Cookware and some utensils needed to washed before use. Crumbs, etc.. in cabinets. Seafood was left in disposal drain creating a smell when we arrived. Well used George Foreman grill stored in dining area (removed to the patio as it also smelled), no towels for hot tub., one of the jets in the hot tub was floating and would not stay attached. Ceiling fan in spare bedroom was broken. Management did provide a fan upon request. There are also no dressers in bedrooms, limited shelves in closet. Great if you choose not to unpack anything. Would not choose this unit in the future.

Wonderful spot to be near the beach, private hot tub, and close to great food and drink. However a couple issues with fridge beeping and not fully shutting plus hot tub had a missing jet—honestly, minor in the grand scheme of the stay.

It was a nice little place. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Very clean. Didn’t have any issues with noise levels. Beach access was good. Decent set of stairs up and down. Would stay at this place again.

We had 2 couples in our party and the condo worked well for us. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. Beach access was just a short walk from our location. It's our second time renting a condo from someone in the complex, different unit each time and both were well maintained and clean. We will definitely rent at this location again. Carrie Moore

The view was beautiful from the living/dining area! We also enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the ocean and fresh air. Pretty spacious as there were 4 adults and 2 kids and we were comfortable. Very clean as well. Would definitely come back

My family and I loved the view from our living room and deck! We also really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking out at the ocean even during the cold, rainy weather we had during our stay! It was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation! We would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was by far one of the best stays we have had in a while. The cleanliness,parking, the hot tub and the view was all impeccable. We will definitely recommend to our friends and look forward to enjoying it again!

Beautiful ocean view, walking distance to Main street and beach, “Best Thai” restaurant was fresh and savory, watched sunsets from hot tub clean and maintained, full kitchen, good WiFi, filtered water feature on refrigerator, bad order from stackable washer, low shag carpet, dirty windows spoiled the view.

There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed the house very much! Everything was great, it was very clean, all up to date, it was very accommodating. It included everything we needed such as all the dishes, salt, pepper, different spices, utensils, towels for the hot tub, coffee pot and much much more! There was a small grassed area right out front for the kids and we enjoyed the hot tub which was also very clean! I was able to contact the manager with all our questions and he responded promptly! ! The beach access is about a block away and it wasn't too far of a walk, the access was a drive way that you could drive down to the beach or a stairway, both were a little steep but not bad. We did wish it was a little closer with all the kids and their toys!! We would recommend this rental and we will be back. Thank you!!

This property was as advertised. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful when my car battery died. Close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice lawn area for kids to play directly off of the back patio. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cookware & utensils. It could have used a deep clean in a few areas, but overall, was good. I'd rent this unit again.

We had to leave a day early because of the coronavirus. The property was shut down and we had no choice. Could we get a refund on our last day since we had to leave??

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and nicely decorated. It had a wonderful ocean view and the hot tub was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the needed items. The best part was the beds were amazing! So comfortable it made it hard to leave.

We have stayed in Lincoln City at least 6 times and this is our first time with Keystone Vacation Rentals at Pacific Winds. We really loved feeling like we had our own home on the beach. Our condo was loaded with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen! You can walk to so many shops from the location, as well as the beach. Looking forward to our return trip.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fair Havens! The condo is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable! We all loved the ocean view and watching the sunset while enjoying the hot tub! The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and playing pool after a fun day spent on the beach! We were pleasantly surprised to have all of the necessary kitchen equipment for making all our meals at the condo! So nice to have all the dishes available to save us from bringing those items! We just loved being at Fair Havens and will come again! I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone!!
