Great location and nearby to malls. Modern hotel with reasonably size room. Public bath and free parking available. JR station is close by for those who take the train. Helpful staff who gave us a list of recommended eating places. Nice pantry area where you can have free tea/coffee.

Convenient location, large baths.
No space for luggage, noise from next doors and upper floors - must be thin walls. Uncomfortable toilet and shower (in the room).

Located right next to Chitose railway station, it's great for a stay just before or after your flight (15 min to Chitose Airport by train). The room was super clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The staff are super wonderful, very friendly and kind. The hotel has all the facilities. Even an onsen that's included in the room price (which we didn't know, came as a nice surprise). The common areas, lounge and library are fantastic, great to get work done or to relax. Superb for solo travelers or business travelers. We had a very pleasant stay, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

The location right next to the train station is very convenient. The rooms were perfect - very clean, quiet, and completely equipped with everything we needed. We loved the breakfast set choices. The pillow bar was also a great idea

Good location, better than the airport Hotel because there is more going on. The airport closes early. There's a great bar next to the hotel and a 24 hrs 7/11. Staff are great, room is clean shower is hot. Taxis outside all night if you don't want to get the train.
You have to get a train or taxi from the airport and back. Not a massive problem, but some would prefer not to have that hassle. Not me.

Excellent location close to the station, only 2 stops from New Chitose airport. Good breakfast. We arrived late and left soon after breakfast, so didn't see much of the area. There was a river with walking path nearby, which went past a salmon farm.

中途半端なバイキングよりもシンプルで良かったです。
お風呂の温度も主人は熱いのが好きなタイプで非常に喜んでおりました。
お部屋が少し狭かったのが残念です。
ベッドの脚元を2人ですれ違うのに気を使う様でもう少し
余裕があればよかったと思います。

Ruhiges, Sauberes Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe des JR-Bahnhofs Chitose.
Ideal zum Flughafen Sapporo/Chitose ca. 10min entfernt mit der Bahn (zwei Haltestellen)
Frühstück bzw. Abendessen entsprach gutem (japanischen) Standard sehr lecker.
Es gab keinen Safe im Hotelzimmer.

Must be a brand new/freshly renovated hotel, very cozy interior, comfortable bed. Room size was also good for a Japanese hotel.

It is minutes away from train station, and so close to airport. So, for a night to just re-coop and start our Hokkaido vacation I thought it will be basic. BUT it was wonderful. best place to rest, and they have a public bath that is open for great hours. it is clean and so comfortable.

I personally think that there are absolutely nothing lackful compared to any 4 or 5 stars hotels with choice of pillows, helpful staff, a nice lounge where we can have a hot drink and discussion with our tour mates. You can also have a good meal at Yayoi family restaurant which is just next to the lobby.

駅近、駐車場の完備、フロントの人数、ロビーの快適さ、大浴場完備、清潔さ、とても良かった。部屋の設備も良く、快適に仕事が出来ます。
部屋のユニットバスが、とても汚い。蛇口付近にカビがある。特にユニットカーテンの匂いがたまらなく臭い。ホテル支配人、従業員も、宿泊して確認した方が良い。もったいなく感じました。
