Overall a very nice stay. Condo was everything it showed online. Location was great. Being on the 4th floor was great. The only negative would be the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The condo was perfect! The view of the ocean was stunning and the condo was clean and had everything needed to stay in and enjoy.

This is likely my favorite place I've ever stayed! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and situated perfectly. It was appointed better than any typical rental unit with quality dishes/pots and pans/appliances and the bed was super comfy. The views of the ocean were stunning, and we had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout provided the best opportunities for ocean viewing and listening pleasure with both the living room and main bedroom facing the water. The private hot tub on the deck was total icing on the cake. It's an easy walk to a wonderful beach on which you can walk for miles. Other than our walks, we didn't need to leave the condo.

I would only suggest a new bed for the front bedroom and putting a shade over the door to the balcony as the afternoon sun can be brutal. The unit was very clean and the kitchen amazingly well stocked. Couch was very comfy. We specifically went to just chill...and we did just that baking, laying around and enjoying the hot tub! Thank you for another great vacation!

Our rental was very comfortable and well equipped. The layout design was well thought out, and appreciated by us. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the furniture was comfortable above our expectations for a condo rental on the ocean.

We checked in to a very clean condo. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual was even better than the pictures. The view is spectacular, the sounds, as relaxing as the hot tub. We decided to do the Super Bowl a little lowkey and relaxing this year and we do not regret our decision. There was plenty to do in the area and just a bit further down in Newport. We all had a blast. We will definitely plan a return trip.

This rental property was just as advertised. The condo was very nicely furnished, with everything provided in the condo that we needed. The location is beautiful and the rental and property management very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and would return for another visit.

Oceanfront Vista was the perfect place for our family to enjoy an Oregon ocean vacation. We used this as our base station and set off on daily trips up and down the coast exploring the beauty there. Everything was perfect at the condo. Well equipped kitchen, nice tv's, clean and well appointed. And the ocean view was fabulous, especially from the top floor. We will be back for more. Thank you

We love the Pacific Winds in Lincoln city. We've stayed there 4 different times and it was excellent each time. We go with another couple so it's great to have the 2 bedroom apartment style so we can enjoy time together yet have the privacy of your own bedroom. The location is wonderful for us. It's clean and very nice setup. I highly recommend it

The Decor is stunning and the whole building in general is very sound. Can't hear your neighbors and the Hot tub on the Balcony ROCKS. We stayed in unit 30 for this trip but have spent many a trips in some of the other units. All equally Beautiful and the Kitchen's so Gourmet and the Ocean views breathtaking. Unit 30's Master Bedroom has a gorgeous Ocean view and both Bedrooms have their own private Bathroom. Another plus, very easy access to the Beach and just about 2 blocks from main Hwy with all the Shops. I Recommend Rogue River Steak house at the Chinook Winds Casino just past the Buffet. The Filet is to die for and awesome views of the Ocean. Be forewarned however, the Casino is mostly smoking. I don't smoke and didn't have problem with it but others might.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and would highly recommend any couple choose Pacific Winds in Lincoln City to stay for the weekend. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was amazing. Very clean, the kitchen was well stock with all that you would need, the appliances and furniture all looked new and were in great condition. There were a ton of moves and games for you to choose from, free Wi-Fi and to top it off a hot tun out on the deck with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is centrally located in Lincoln City so anything you want to go do is not far away. My wife and I definitely plan to return the next chance we can get away without kids although it would be a great place to stay with the kids as well. More than enough room for the entire family to stay and have a great time.

In addition to the normal amenities at a property like this we found a good selection of DVDs in the room for our viewing. The Pacific Winds Oceanfront Vista allows us to relax to the sounds of surf, relax in the hot tub, and walk to most of our desired locations in Lincoln City. Everything was as good or better than expected. The property management company was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our questions and securing our reservations. The unit was much more than we had expected. It was nicely decorated with a beach charm, very comfortable and had everything that we needed for the week. The view was amazing and we could enjoy the beach just as much from our patio as we could from our long beach walks. We will definitely come back to this beach charmer again.

The only thing we found wrong in the condo was the balcony furniture. Two of the chairs were cracked and one actually broke when I sat down in it on the second day.
