Easy to find and in a good location. Large selection of DVD's, books and local information (although old information, 2016)

I thought I was booking a ground floor flat and it turned out to be a first floor flat. The flat was superficially clean but on inspection the pots and pans were dirty. Two out of the four cushions on the settee were missing. The television couldn't receive ITV 1 although there was a choice of a lot of other channels. The outside key safe won't open until the ground floor tenant sprayed with WD40. The washing machine didn't work and the oven didn't completely seal.

Bathroom tiles full of dirt toaster fit for bin. Combination lock which code never gets changed someone actually came in with miss booking when all my personal belongings in there. Called Sykes who booked through said get back to me only to get back to me 3 days later with no help what so ever stay clear from Sykes cottages in my opinion

It had cob webs everywhere mouse dropping on work tops in the kitchen.floor board when you walked round made alot off noise we came home 2 days early as we did not enjoy our stay at all.there is problems when you run the water.would never stay there again.

The bedding was clean & the property has been cleaned between rental periods

The mattresses on all 3 beds were thinner than pancakes. The floors all creaked so badly that you could hardly walk on them during the night as it disturbed the people living in the flat below. The drains in both kitchen & bathroom stank awfully despite using bleach & then drain buster. The stink remained as bad as ever.A lot of the items on inventory missing when we arrived or of such poor quality ie. Saucepans that we bought our own. Totally disappointed with everything considering the price charged.
