Great location, clean, tidy and very well equipped. Warm, cosy and comfortable living area.

Too much clutter, with limited storage space. Plants and ornaments needed to be moved to allow shelf space, bedside tables etc. to be utilised. Poor WiFi speed and continuity. Duvet on double bed isn't big enough to cover two people properly. The bathroom looks like it was tiled by Stevie Wonder and the shower screen is really too small, meaning that the floor gets very wet when the shower is used.

Wonderful place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, warm and comfortable and very clean. Lovely welcoming touch leaving us some scones, Cornish cream and jam as well as milk and a bottle of wine for our arrival. This was so appreciated. Lots of lovely places to eat in the village and some fabulous bracing walks along the coastline.

This is the loveliest holiday home we've ever stayed in - spotlessly clean, modern, cosy and bright. The location is excellent, seconds away from the first local pub (Rashleigh Arms), and then about a 5 minute walk down to the Harbour itself, and the wonderful seafood restaurants (Spring Tide and The Longstore). We drove out to Mevagissey, and the Wildlife Park in Hayle (short drives), and a bit further out to the famous 'Jamaica Inn'. The freshly made scones and wine in the fridge were a lovely touch - we absolutely can't wait to come back!

It's a brilliant, well-maintained, clean house. Can't praise it enough! Once very small thing worth mentioning is that: there were a couple of times when we opened the key-box outside the front door, and the key nearly fell down the metal drain cover outside the front door. Maybe a solid doormat might help :-)

2 minutes walk into Charlestown harbour, so easy access to restaurants, pubs, beach and harbour. Totally thoughtful host, available to help but otherwise unobtrusive .... clearly (and understandably) takes pride in a lovely property. Well equipped with all the usual appliances, but also with added extras to minimise any hassle. Fantastic.

Maybe could do with a mobile fan or cooler for upstairs which gets quite warm, but that's being really picky!

Lovely cottage. Immaculately clean and had everything we needed (and more). Beautiful homemade scones, clotted cream and Prosecco to welcome us to the property. Cottage is perfectly located and allowed us to visit a number of Cornwall's tourist attractions. We had a week away without our teenage children and it was just perfect.
