We truly enjoyed our 5 weeks at this home. It was large enough and the floor plan was excellent for our group when we had 6-8 of us living there! The pool was excellent and the grandkids could not get enough time in the water. We love the canal access and when renting a boat for 10 days truly took advantage of the dock. Also it's location for groceries, drug stores, restaurants and other shopping was perfect. Thanks Dianne and Brian for the opportunity to build great memories in your Marco home!

We have traveled to Marco several times but this was our first time staying at a rental home. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed for a week of fun! Definitely recommend!

The home had everything we needed for a perfect vacation! We did not have to buy anything extra for the pool or beach. Lovely home, very well kept,great communication with owner. We had an excellent week.

We had the best time at this house with our families! So much fun, the house was the perfect size for us, the view from the pool was beautiful, we were a close driving distance to so many things. The owners were amazing to work with. We would love to come back some day 🌴

Property was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very, very comfortable. Excellent location. My only disappointment was that there was no sun on the pool after 2:40 pm.

We loved the month that we were able to spend at this home. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. We were within walking distance of the grocery stores and other necessities. The house and kitchen was well stocked. Having the bikes was a great benefit. We would often ride to either Tiger Tail or down to the public access near the Marriott and would then walk the beach. The pool was great and very well maintained. We were sad to leave such a wonderful place where we truly felt at home. We would certainly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks you.

Had wonderful week at this home. Owner very helpful and responsive. Even helped us out when our flight time was changed. Pool was large enough for everyone and relaxing. Well stocked in the kitchen. The 2 bikes were a plus for the kids. Located close to several restaurants and family friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation. The owner made every effort to make our stay enjoyable!!

This is a very nice house and comes as described in the description of the home.. Very easy to work with property owner. Our stay was not necessarily normal because of the virus issues that were surfacing as we got to the site.. Everything was as they said it would be and the house is kept very well.. We did decide to leave a day early because of the issues with the virus.. No issue with the house, we just had a long way home. This house gives you great access to everything that is Marco Island.. Not near the beaches but they are not far away.. Nice pool area and patio to hang outside at. Thanks for the nice stay.

Stayed at Marquesas Ct. property for a week with my elderly parents and 3 grandchildren. Home is very nice, clean, well maintained. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed in this wonderful home before and again we were not disappointed. Dianne was great to work with, the home was immaculate and the kids LOVED the pool. House location is great, only a short 5 min drive to beach, restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a home on Marco!

We have vacationed with friends and family on Marco Island many times over many years. We so enjoy Marco. We wanted to have our family come, stay and enjoy Marco with this vacation so wanted to stay a bit longer. We decided to rent a house with a pool for 4 weeks so our grandchildren would be assured of fun while there. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. With 4 BR's and 2.5 BR's, there was more than enough room for all of us. It had a nicely stocked kitchen to make meals at home when we wanted to and a spacious, pleasantly appointed and furnished main living area for all to enjoy one another. The pool and pool area was fabulous, big and fun and this home has plenty of pool towels and pool toys to accommodate the fun! What a treat to watch some of the Masters tournament on the outdoor TV from the pool! It was close to beaches which we frequented and close to so many great restaurants. (Would highly recommend Doreen's Cup of Joe to all😊� for breakfast!). Thank-you Dianne and Brian for sharing your home with us.

We had a great time staying here! The owner, Dianna, was so responsive to every little question we had. Hanging out by the dock fishing or laying out by the pool was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. A couple of the doors in the house needed some attention but nothing major. The location was great, close to all the beaches and restaurants. It was nice to wake up and go for a walk to Starbucks for morning coffee. The garage had beach chairs, bikes, coolers, all the things you need for a day at the beach. There was plenty of room in the house for my family of 5 and my brothers family of 4. We had a great time!

We had a great time on Marco. The home met our needs, it was well stocked and great location (close to beach, stores and restaurants). Would recommend for any family looking for a home away from home.

This home is beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 9 to stay. The patio and pool area was just what we wanted! The pool water was warm and clean. The beds were comfortable and the house included any amenities you could imagine! The owner so graciously let us have a late check as our plane did not fly out until late. It allowed us to enjoy our vacation that much longer. My 3 year old son was especially sad to leave and keeps saying he wants “to go to the beach house again.” Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great property and location and the owners are a pleasure to work with. House was in great shape, as described, and well furnished with everything you need for a great stay. If you have questions before booking don't hesitate to ask the owners as they are very responsive.

We brought our family down to this beautiful canal home for a few days and I can’t say enough good things about it! Great location to amenities, well maintained property and fully equipped with everything you could need! Our family enjoyed every inch of this property from the dock to the lanai to family meals together. We would absolutely recommend this property and the owners were great to work with. We rented from 3/6 - 13 and it was a great place! We had 4 adults & 4 children under 4. We really liked having alarms on all doors leading out to the pool, the one level floor plan, all of the kid friendly amenities they had available for use (highchairs, pack n' play, bath seat, bed rails, pool & beach toys among other items, and walkability factor (you can walk to nearby plaza with shops & restaurants). The pool was clean and heated which we really enjoyed. We also used the gas grill and outdoor t.v. The house had everything in terms of kitchen utensils, bathroom towels, bedding, and t.v in all rooms with cable. Rooms are separated by wings which was also a HUGE bonus for us. My family stayed in the master suite and my sister's family stayed on the opposite side of the house in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a bonus room off of the living room. We didn't need it this time because our kids were too young to put them in there alone, however it was right next to the master suite so allowing for separate space for two families or friends. We spent New Years week with our adult kids and 2 grandkids at this home. We had lots of space inside and out. Great pool with all the toys and lounge chairs for us.

Perfect place to hold our family Christmas. We had an absolute blast. The house is gorgeous, clean and fully stocked. Centrally located too! I would definitely return!
