This place has everything you need. We have stayed here a couple times in the past and it is our go to when heading to Cali. Jason does an awesome job maintaining the property and communicating with the guests if we ever need anything.

We have actually stayed here more than once! We love it that much! We love the location! There is the most beautiful walk to the beach along the golf course! The place is well stocked with beach chairs, body boards, a grill on the deck, and comfy beds. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

Close to beach, great restaurants, and stores. Communication with owner Jason is great! We have given a few tips to owner that hopefully will make a good property a terrific property. Short stay guests likely will find this property meets every need!

We had a great time visiting Dana Point California and wanted to stay in the same complex that my brother lives in. I looked at MANY 2 bedroom units and ultimately went with this unit due to how well it was appointed: King in master, 2 Queens in secondary bedroom, large table and chairs, plenty of seating in living room, TV’s in every room, a kitchen with all kinds of essentials to prepare and eat meals, and also the beach chairs/towels were nice to utilize. The price per night was good for our family and the community was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Reservation process was easy. Welcome email with instructions from the host was very clear and helpful! Condo was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Host provided plenty of supplies and extras like beach chairs, toys and beach towels for us to use which was great! The space could use some minor fixes as all homes do over time. The fixes would improve overall guest experience but we had a great stay and hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

The condo is very comfortable & we enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, towels, etc! I didn't realize it was on the second floor (I may have missed it in the description) which was a bit tough for my sister who can't walk well, but we managed. We also liked the location since it was right beside the security gate so easy out & in for exploring the area. Parking was never a problem. Jason was great at communication & we ended up staying an extra day which he could accomodate. I should mention the shower faucets took us a bit to figure out - the main knob turns on the water but a plastic thingy adjusts the temperature. Something we had not seen before! We used the washer & dryer too which was nice to have access. The main pool & the hot tub overlooking the ocean (toward the back of the complex) was very cool! Jason has some good maps to help find them. If you are looking for a place that is "perfect" with high end updates this is probably not your style, but if you are looking for a very homey, comfortable location, Jason's condo is great!

The location is great, the space is nice. The pool is a quick walk & the beach is a short drive. There are a few things that hopefully the hot will fix or address soon. One being the one of the toilets does not have a lid, which is just weird & not conducive to families with kids. Also, the power outlets are bad, they are so worn out that things (ie phones, watches, tablets) don't stay plugged in, to get them to charge we had to share an outlet with the floor lamp which is the only light in the dining space. All in all the place is good for what you need but the bathroom & outlet situation really left us pretty frustrated.

The unit and location were great. We had 6 people in our family and found it to fit all of us perfectly. It came with all of the necessary beach items, which made it very convenient. Thank you Jason, we look forward to our next stay with you!

It is a Condo, and the description of it is very accurate. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They do have a skylight window in the master bedroom that gives in a lot of light too early in the morning, not great for light sleepers or little kids. The beaches close by are great. I loved that they have a laundry room. They have enough toilet paper and paper towels, garbage bags, and basically everything you would need for the kitchen. The only one request I would give is to have more blankets to keep warm at night, every bed has one but you have to share if two people are sharing the bed. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We had a wonderful experience renting this property for the week. We chose it to be close to family but were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to all of Dana Point. We went to San Diego for one day with ease. It was peaceful, we enjoyed the gym and the pool onsite and the owners were gracious and communicative. We will be back!

Had a real problem with ants in the one bedroom that even got into the bed. Took 3 days of traps to get under control. Plug ins need work. Are not tight and prongs would not stay in the holes

We had a great time visiting our son in the Dana Point area. This condo was perfect for us and centrally located to many beaches. After a busy day it was nice to have a place to relax and plan our next day. Thank you.

Our stay with Jason was great. The unit was quiet and very comfortable for morning cartoons and sipping coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and cutlery along with a wide variety of cooking utensils. We loved having access to the beach equipment (towels, chairs, portable coolers, umbrella and beach toys). The location was excellent with access to a variety of beaches and restaurants and wasn’t too far from Disneyland and San Diego for a few day trips. We are all excited to plan our next vacation to Dana Point soon!

Clean an well equipped apartment, good connection with owner, beautiful way to Beach and environment, nice pool.

We had such a comfortable stay at this property: lots of room, fully stocked kitchen (lots of dishes & utensils), beach chairs/toys, towels, etc. This isn't a stark, bare-bones rental property run by an agency. A few things in the condo look a bit tired (kitchen flooring and the master bathroom) but we'd rather overlook that and enjoy the added extras and comfort that came with this property relative to the rental price. Great pool and hot tubs in the complex. Located a short distance to the beach along a pretty walking trail. Central to everything. Loved heading Salt Creek and Treasure Island beach parks and enjoyed some fishing out of Dana Point Harbor. We took a few day trips into San Diego (1 hour drive) and headed to Disney Parks twice (1/2 hour drive). Communication with Jason was easy. Check-in/out was great too.

We really enjoyed this property. It was on the 3rd floor, so we felt like we were in the treetops. It needs a little updating, but honestly, it didn't bother us much at all. The kids enjoyed the 2nd bedroom and family room, as well as the boogie boards and we enjoyed lounging at the beach 5 minutes away. There are ample restaurants nearby, Trader Joe's, Costco. Etc. Felt like home away from home. We really can't wait to return.

We stayed here two years ago and had to stay somewhere else last year because this location was already booked. It was great to see the updates that have been done in the last two years. It had everything that we needed for our week in Dana Point.

Overall our experience was great. The property was easy to get to and was as described. Our family enjoyed the location and property very much. We will definitely stay here again.

We are usually hotel people but this condo has me sold on the home away life. It’s much nicer and bigger than it looks in the pictures and we had all the conveniences of home. We never walked to the beach (driving was so much more convenient) but we did bike the trails one day and it was super pretty. We were able to cook meals easily and we all slept comfortably. We will definitely be back to book this condo again soon. We rated for a week and didn’t want to leave! Such a quiet spot and super convenient to all your favorite beach spots.
