Had a wonderful time in St Croix …. Sandra is amazing . Condo is beautiful .. will be back !

We booked our stay here last minute due to a change in our original destination vacation plans and decided to come to St Croix. Sandra greeted us at the airport even though the plane trip to the island was delayed and we arrived close to midnight. She met us there told us to follow her to the condominium so we wouldn’t get lost driving there alone for the first time. While there she showed us around the condo and how to work everything!!! We ventured out into the island based on Sandra’s recommendations plus some. The condo is located by supermarkets and there is a restaurant onsite as well. It’s a bit pricey but the food wasn’t bad at all. From the condo it’s about a 8 minute drive to downtown Christiansted. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are wanting to be close to downtown without being in the hub bub but close enough. We recommend!! Thank you for everything Sandra!!

The property was nice. It is a good location to downtown Christiansted. It is a bottom unit, which I didn't know prior to booking. The beds were not comfortable and the A/C and humidifier were noisy. The internet didn't work in the back bedroom but did in the living room and Kitchen area. Overall the property was clean and Sandra was very nice.

This place was in a great location minutes from the Boardwalk. It is in a gated community which is another plus. The property manager, Sandy, was great to work with.

Generally, we had a good experience here. The place is clean, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. A note about location: I was very disappointed because I chose this place specifically because it showed it right next to the boardwalk downtown. It was not there. It was 5 miles up the road. Still in a good location, but not what I had initially been after. I’m not thrilled about how VRBO doesn’t reveal anything about location until after you’ve booked and are on the way.

Could not have been happier with our stay at this Mill Harbour condo over the past 4 days. Sandra, the property manager is absolutely fantasic and went way overboard to make sure our stay was top notch. The condo is situated just steps away from the pool and a small beach area which has chairs for residents and guests. The Coral Sea Restaurant was fantastic as we ate several meals there. We also walked east down the beach to a neighboring restaurant for dinner as well as Sunday brunch. The condo is very clean and well stocked with the necessities for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was fantastic. We found ourselves lounging in the screened in porch every night.Highly recommended for your stay in St. Croix--we will be back for sure!

Had a VERY bad musty smell glad I had Lysol spray with me. Took couple of days to smell better. The patio furniture was disgusting full of stains, we put sheets on it just to be able to sit on. No water one morning for almost 2 hours was never notified staff was turning off. No WiFi for 3 days. Morning before we left washed sheets and towels. Pillows in quest room were full of stains. Only good thing was it is close to St Croix boardwalk.And Sandra the property manager was sweet. So happy weather was amazing so we didn’t have to stay in condo much.

My 3 kids and I were welcomed with open arms. Wonderful experience. The property is gorgeous and the beach so very relaxing. I will start planning my stay again soon.

Everything was great except the showers never had hot water!

Convenient location. Clean as advertised. Slight musty smell but all redone and very clean. Sandra met us at the airport which was very kind. Wi fi didn’t work which would be an easy fix. Plenty of cooking supplies. Safe and quiet.

Our stay at Mill Harbor Condominiums was very delightful. The property manager, Sandy, was very friendly and helpful with everything. We even got to meet the owner of the condo on our flight to St. Croix. Our flight was delayed and we got in late. She gave us a ride to the Condo. They made many upgrades to the condo. And, before we left new furniture was delivered. The people in St.Croix were very friendly and helped us a lot on where to eat and go in St.Croix for entertainment. The grill and bar were great at the Condo but you could walk down the beach for other dining opportunities. Make sure you have a rental vehicle to tour the island. We made it just fine driving on the left side of the road. Overall, It was an enjoyable vacation! Thank you again Sandy for all your help.

First let me say that we absolutely loved St Croix! We spent a month in this unit. You can stay busy if you want or just hang at the beach or pool located on site. There is a little restaurant at the complex that has very good food and drinks so if you don't feel like you want to go out you don't have to. You do need a car to get around. Mill Harbor is close to downtown Christiansted but it really is not walkable. And if you want to see the rest of the island you'll need a car. Make sure you go to La Reine's Chicken Shack and Backyard BBQ which is just down the road. Excellent food! Also Buck Island Charters for snorkeling; Tan Tan Tours for seeing the island; Buccaneer for golf; Point Udall for stunning views. The people of St Croix are so friendly and everyone we met at Mill Harbor were just great! My initial reaction when we walked into the condo was excitement and then disappointment. The couch was completely broken down. We had to sit on pillows or we literally sat on the springs. The microwave was so large that it was unusable because it was behind a pantry door. The bed in the master bedroom was hard and 2 of the 3 TV's in the unit did not work; the faucets in the master shower broke off in our hands (however it was still usable). I reported all this to Sandy who manages the unit for the owners and she immediately contacted the owners. Sandy was fantastic! Within 2 days we had 2 new TV's and by the end of our first week we had a new king mattress. I have been in touch with Sandy since we left and she has informed me that the couch has been replaced with a brand new one (I've seen pictures) a smaller microwave, beach towels and a blow dryer purchased. The full size washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic. Knowing the things that needed to be fixed has been done I would definitely stay here again. Sandy is awesome and cares very much that anything you need is taken care of. I can't say enough about her. I would have given this 5 stars had everything been working properly upon our arrival but at least it will be for the next guests. I do feel the price for a night or two or even a week is reasonable but for anyone staying long term like we did I believe the price is a bit too high. All that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I know if we were to come and stay here again I would give it 5 stars!
