This house was perfect and close to the beach! Clean and larger than expected. The pool was an added bonus. We would book again.

We had a great time at the Oasis. The house is everything they promise and more. It's comfortable, spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The lounge/ pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the living room area has the most comfortable couch ever!. This is the second time we book with Thomas, and we are glad we did because he replies quickly and goes the extra mile to make your stay super special. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home close to beaches. Everyone had a wonderful time. The air conditioning and pool were highlights as the temperature was over 95 degrees. Great location and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This vacation rental was PERFECT. The home was spotless and very well stocked. The master bed was comfortable; both my hubby and I slept well every night. Lots of space in the living/kitchen/dining area; families would not feel crowded at all. That living room couch though - WOW - beyond comfortable. So much so, my hubby and I looked for a label to find out the manufacturer so we can buy one. (Not kidding - we realized the couch at our own home sucks compared to this one!) The pool, pool deck and backyard are maintained beautifully. We spent the majority of our vacation days floating in the pool soaking up the sunshine. Our pups are pretty lazy but enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard (always supervised, of course). Appreciated that we could park in the garage during our stay. We did not use them but saw beach cruisers (adult and child size) and helmets for guest use. Also, plenty of varying sized pool floats. The neighborhood is nice with a beachy feel. Loved walking our small dogs along Vanderbilt Beach Road (wide sidewalk) taking in all the different style of homes and the water (canal) views. The property manager, Thomas Weger, was delightful to work with. We had no issues during our stay but he always responded quickly when I reached out leading up to our check-in. We will 100% book this vacation rental again.

We had a fabulous experience. House was very clean, nicely furnished (great new sectional) and well stocked. Fantastic outdoor area. Pool and lanai are wonderful. Pool floats and sand toys for kids. Beach chairs & umbrella were great quality and in very good shape. We enjoyed the bikes. Property manager Thomas Weger was super responsive. Highly recommend!

House was clean nice, interior and furnishings need a refresh. Outside area and pool was awesome, outside cushions need to be cleaned, covered. Thomas was awesome, super responsive and helped us after our original house was cancelled last minute.

This was our first time staying in Naples and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, updated home in great location, close to beach, bicycling routes, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Easy to find and only a short distance from the beach. Nice pool and fully equipped kitchen. The master bed is high off the floor which could be a challenge to get into for some people. The master bedroom shower runs cool and takes a very long time to get warm water to. Suggest turning up the water heater temp and adding a booster inline to deliver nice hot water for those morning showers otherwise you will only get a luke warm shower once that warm water eventually makes it to the back of the home. Hope this helps. We would consider staying here again. Communication with Thomas was very good.

My stay at the house was perfect. The place was clean and elegant and exactly like how it posted and advertised. The place had everything you need from coffee to sugar to beach chairs and bicycles. Anything you need was there in the house for your vacation. Thomas was truly amazing. He was an amazing host and help in every way to make our stay feel welcomed and more. To be honest, I never had an amazing host as he was. He helped in every way to make our stay the best it can be. The place is close to everything and the pool area is magnificent and very private.

An incredible property, in a good location, the house is super comfortable, I spent 4 days with my family and the stay was very pleasant. the beach is very close and it is wonderful, the pool of the house is very good and the house is very comfortable.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the property. The house was exactly as advertised and in an ideal location nearby the beaches and the first-class restaurants and shopping that Naples is known for. We’re already talking about when we’ll be returning.

What an amazing experience we had, house was fully equipped and quite comfortable. Pool and outdoor deck was just what we were looking for. Beaches were just simply beautiful. Thomas is a great host

Prime Vanderbuilt beach location, clean property with lots of space. Beautiful pool area. Easy and enjoyable. A bit dated interior however, many perks including beach coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand buckets/toys, bikes AND even had construction paper/art supplies for kids PLUS an endless game cabinet.

Easy peasy
