Overall, we enjoyed our stay- very quiet, clean guest house, easy access to nature trails ( The Green Lakes park was AMAZING), restaurants- really liked the SkyTop coffee and King David’s Mediterranean and shopping- even the farmers market! Our hosts Donna and Mark were very helpful and respected our privacy. Bathroom was very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. My only comment is that there wasn’t much space to manage our luggage- we’re on a 2 weeks travel trip and had a wedding to attend, so it was a bit crowded because of that, but we managed just fine. Overall, I’d recommend staying at this property. We were busy with friends and family so didn’t use hot tub or the swimming pool (also didn’t want to bother our hosts or their neighbors by our presence outside).

We stayed at this rental while visiting area relatives. It was a perfect location for us. The owners went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. Cooling off in the inground pool was great, especially since it was hot during our stay. The pool and surrounding gardens make this property special!

Donna and Mark are wonderful hosts and made our stay a special one. We had our little slice of paradise for several days and were sad when we had to leave. We enjoyed the large pool and the hot tub and the beautiful back yard with many flower gardens. The living space was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I enjoyed the hot showers and my husband enjoyed the ice cold air conditioning. The neighborhood was very quiet and the town was just so nice and everyone was so nice. Donna makes yummy goodies and made sure our stay was pleasant. We visited the Singer Castle, Boldt Castle, Syracuse Nationals car show, Green Lake State Park, and ate at the restaurant at Yards Grill (highly recommend the short rib tacos and the chicken salad sandwich!). Thank you again Donna and Mark for being such great hosts and sharing your home with us. We can’t wait to come visit again!

Loved staying here!

My hasuband and I decided to visit the Green Lake State Park to celebrate our 5th anniversary, and found this perfect house to stay at! Donna crossed all the t's at this place! Very clean, she kept it as private as possible with it being an extention to her own house and had to many goodies waiting for us! The pool was heated and felt amazing even when the sun was setting, the hot tub is perfect for two and the gardens are very relaxing to look at. She also offered pre-cooked breakfast for both mornings of our stay that we could easliy heat up, this was very unexpected but delicious and made the mornings easy! She had so many lovely suggestions on things to visit that we never would have found on our own. She was an amazing host and we really hope to return in the future!

Wonderfully relaxing and thoughtful Hosts

This stay was amazing from the moment we entered the home till we left. Donna’s willingness to accommodate and understand comfort is outstanding. The amenities and little details all showcased the home and thoughtfulness of the host. I could say a thousand more things but instead I’ll say just this. THE BEST STAY IN THE SYRACUSE REGION!!!!!

Another perfect 5-star weekend visiting our student at Syracuse University. This property is a gem - significantly better retreat than a hotel when visiting your student. Explored nearby Great Lakes State Park and Chittenango Falls. Can't wait for our next visit.
