The listing was very accurate, the place was so clean and pretty - practically on the beach. I visit LBI every couple years, and would consider this property again. The apartment was perfect for me and my husband (I like room to spread out) but could also be shared with kids/family/friends. Maria communicated everything clearly and hopefully we left the property as good as we found it. We really appreciated the central air and proximity to my favorite LBI spots like Bay Village and the Bagel Shack. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our long weekend at the beach. We had other family also in town for a wedding who rented two of the other units in the same house, and we loved sharing the spacious deck and big kitchen table.

This property is awesome! It's a charming home with pretty moldings, a fireplace and comfy couches with a nice living room to hang out in. The color scheme is light & airy but antique-y. Upstairs are two very large beautifully decorated bedrooms attached with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The second bathroom is downstairs on the main level. We were only there for an overnight visit but there is a large spacious kitchen if you are staying longer. The location is a short distance "to the sand" at the beach and around the corner from popular breakfast spots like Uncle Will's. We were there to celebrate my son's engagement & Loved it!

The apartment was perfect for a group of 3 couples in their early 30s. The location was walking distance to the downtown/beach and parking was super easy (albeit we stayed during the off season). Great weekend and would recommend renting again

This house is in a great location. Easy walk from the beach. Easy to put your car away for the week and walk to restaurants, grocery store, mini-golf, Fantasy Island, etc. The one caveat is compared to the rest of LBI the neighborhood is somewhat busy/loud (but it's not busy/loud compared to a place like Wildwood).
The house is nice, and well updated. It's 4 apartments in a single house. One other word of warning, if your neighbors are ever particularly loud, you'd be able to hear them.
We would stay here again.

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Steps to the beach and other charming spots in Beach Haven. The park across the street had a farmers market on Saturday. We were able to walk to the Gables venue for a wedding event. Lovely clean and well- stocked. Enjoyed the front porch with sea breeze. Glad for the in-room A/C in the bedrooms.

Wedding Trip
We had a fantastic time while down in beach haven for our daughter’s wedding. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity that we needed. We didn’t have to use our car once as we were able to walk to the venue as well as many shops and restaurants in Beach Haven. A great time had by all. Thank you!

A perfect location and charming home
Lots of Victorian charm in this lovely home. We stayed in 2 of Maria's apartments and both were perfectly suited to our needs.
We can't say enough about the location of the property. Literally, steps from the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Maria was the perfect hostess and made the check in/check out process a breeze.
She also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

Amazing location
We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Very close to the beach, quick walk to the shops and a park across the street. The listing does show parking as an amenity but it’s public parking so there were days where I had to park about a block and a half away when the beach was busy. Otherwise amazing experience and would highly recommend.

Great getaway at the beach
My family gets down to LBI a few times a year and we stay at various places. This was a nice place very close to the beach, bike rentals, shops and stores. Some of the items in the house are a bit dated but it fit our needs for a nice beach getaway for a long weekend.

Best Family Trip
The location couldn’t have been better! We could walk to stores, groceries, restaurants, bars, and most importantly...the beach! We slept like babies the whole week! Super clean, convenient and perfect for our family of 5! We hope to return, and if/when we do...it will be right back to this exact location!

Perfect Vacation Once Again
Just back from my third year renting this fabulous apt. The location,apt. and beach access cannot be beat. Fenced in property great for my young grandchildren to play when not @ the beach. Rental is great for all ages. Wish I could stay longer because the week goes by so quickly.It is always a great time @ the shore esp. when the accomodations are as pleasant as these. Have already booked for next year.
