Family gathering for a birthday party and golf trip. This house is very nice and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. Everything worked except for a couple of burned out bulbs. Convenient location off freeway and lots of things close to house. The only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that the house needs a good deep clean and carpets are quite worn and stained but after the hard times for a business like this during the pandemic years I realize they need time to make some money for improvements. We loved the neighborhood and there are great walking trails!! Thank you!! The heated pool and spa are well worth paying for!

There was enough room for everyone and bathrooms. We enjoyed it . Would love to stay again very quiet neighborhood.

we had a great time with family celebrating my moms 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and for the kids to play and watch movies. The pool and hot tub were great for the kids to swim all day and we also enjoyed the fire pit for smores in the evening.

Myself, my husband and five of our closest friends came down for NASCAR. This home was very accommodating for all of us, we each had our own room with bathroom. Close to track! Pool and hot tub were heated and enjoyed by all! The outside living space was our favorite. Thank you again. We will be coming back.

We enjoyed this spacious home for our multigenerational family in town for a wedding. Several people had to work remotely and they had privacy when needed. The billiard table was a fun touch, and we enjoyed the covered patio seating. The location was convenient to all of our destinations and near groceries and restaurants. Overall, a great stay!

We loved this house! The location was safe, the pool and patio were beautiful and there was room for all 11 of us! The kitchen was very large and so were the living areas.

Overall, the property was comfortable. I booked this house almost a year in advance. About a week before final payment, I was asked to pay an additional $80 to heat the pool and spa. This was not mentioned in the ad. The ad begins with saying HEATED POOL AND SPA. I asked that they reconsider as it wasn't in the original deal, an extra charge at the last minute. They said they would waive it this time. That should be an upfront charge agreed to right from the start. I asked if the pool and spa would be heated and ready to go. They said yes. We arrived and the pool and spa was cloudy and green. Devin came over and turned the heat on and said the pool guy just put chemicals in it a couple hours ago. He said his wife told him "what we did." I said it wasn't a part of the original agreement. He said very loudly that he didn't want to talk about it. He made me feel like it was unreasonable to have it all ready. He said it takes money to heat this. Well, we paid money to enjoy all the amenities. Some lights didn't work, Master upstairs tv remote was broken and duct taped. It was hard to get a connection bc it was in pieces. Some towels had holes, Lights were burned out. Master upstairs tub had to be cleaned out before using. Grill area was dirty. Devin started wiping it when he saw it. The house was nicely decorated and very roomy. The ad says to bring pool towels, but they had plenty. About a half hour from the airport. Not too far from the ball parks. We went to Angels Park and Sloan Park. Go Cubbies! And drove to Sedona about 2 hours.

Huge 5 bed/5.5 bath house with plenty of room for gathering, yet privacy when desired. The backyard was our hang out area, nice pool and spa and plenty of chairs for all. Had one problem with the pool not heating, we paid extra for this, but the owner came quickly to correct the problem. In general, the property met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. I do need to comment on the condition of the property. As one friend said, “she’s been ridden hard”. It needs a good deep cleaning, better linens (bath towels with holes, thread bear sheets, extra linens) and less “stuff” sitting around. The furniture was tired, broken sofa in the family room. Outdoor grill area was dirty and greasy and we had to pretty much take it apart to light the grill. Negatives are all cosmetic and probably easy fixes.

We love it! Perfect for our family. We spend the majority of the time enjoying the pool and spa!

We had a family gathering for a retirement and a group of us from out of town stayed at this house. It was perfect. Plenty of space for us all and well stocked with necessities. We were able to bbq and cook meals in the kitchen/ house and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay, more room then we knew what to do with. Would definitely stay again…

We had 3 small families and truly enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd time staying here and just as good as the first. The owners are really nice and replied very fast every time we had a question. We’ll be back!

Great home with plenty of room to spread out and relax -rooms and beds were very comfortable. 5 1/2 baths was nice to have. The pool was nice.as was the jacuzzi. Disappointed that we did not have any access to the garage, and had to take everything in through the front door. There was only enough parking for 2 vehicles instead of the 5 advertised. Other than just a few minor issues- we had a great visit, and would certainly visit again.

Not the cleanest and not very stocked for a house for that many people. Overall not to bad. Pool kept getting super cloudy. Roomy and fun for kids.

My family and I really enjoyed this property and the owner is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely stay here again when In the Phoenix area.

Loved arriving to K cups for the keurig, chips and bottled water. The house is clean, big and decorated in what I’d call an eclectic style. The kitchen has tons of great dishes and glassware. Lots of extra appliances like a magic bullet, crock pot and hot/cold filtered water dispenser. I wish there were a few more pots and pans and a bigger cutting board. The huge walk in pantry had extra paper towels and toilet paper along with cleaning supplies and sunscreen. The backyard furniture is a little old and dirty. We actually ended up needing to spray it down because it was all dusty. I spoke to Terry on the phone a few times and she was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very spacious- great set up for families! The sound control was great. The upstairs remained very quiet even if there was noise upstairs. The pool was very pleasant, especially with the heater! The grill outside was also nice for one to prep food and enjoy some sunshine. Each bedroom allowed for a private space. Kitchen was large and there were many gathering spaces for eating or hanging out. Having neighborhood parks within walking distance was great for the kids. Thanks for having us!

Property was great for our group. Being a rental, it could use a few updates. Carpet is worn and stained but overall a great place. Response from owners was excellent on any and all requests made.

Met our group's expectations, great space. Pool and spa were perfect. Definitely would recommend. The only downside is the house is far from lots of the attractions in Phoenix, so be prepared to drive 20-30 minutes to go anywhere. There is some nice hiking nearby at the Estrella Mountain regional park.

The house was very clean and had a nice layout. Great for small get togethers with the backyard the focal point because of the pool, fire pit, grill, etc. Had a great time and probably do it again.

The house was as advertised, check in was simple, the house was clean and spacious. The outdoor living area was perfect to BBQ, and enjoy the pool and hot tub.

The house worked out great for three couples. Still had plenty of room. Pool isn’t large for kids, but plenty large for keeping cool. Wish the fireplace was propane. Need better pots and pans and large plastic cups for beside the pool. We would stay again. Great location and about 30-40 min from airport. About 20 min to State Farm Stadium. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Loved the special touch of Kcups and little bag of chips on arrival. But wish basic supplies were in cupboards, ziplock bags, oil and some spices. Great house for large crowds, lots of space inside, smaller backyard but we totally made it work. We would recommend.
