Beautiful cabin.

We booked this property for a family gathering. The space was perfect for our group - each family had their own space and bathroom. LOVED that dogs were allowed, as they are family too! We kept our dogs on a leash as the house is near a busy road. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of instructions for this property and it does take time to review everything. There is so much to do in this area, so the location is ideal for those looking to hike, swim, and enjoy being outside. We will book again!

The house beautiful, great location, the swimming holes you recommend was amazing! We had such a great stay and amazing time! The only downfalls we’re we had to take our recyclables, and if there were recyclables in the kitchen trash barrel the owners charged hourly for them to sort thru, so we ended up taking home all the trash. And second no AC. We stayed on one of the hottest weekends and it was very very hot in the house. Yes each room had fans but did not cool the house down at all. Carol did respond quickly and was very informative with any questions I asked and was very helpful! All in all a great weekend!

We had 10 people so having the two kitchens were great for cooking meals. The location was near attraction that we were interested in. We would recommend the house to friends and family

Our stay was a great way for us to all get together.

This house was perfect for our growing family! Everyone was able to have a room and 3 full bathrooms was also a big plus! The house is beautiful and the memories we made will last a lifetime. Our one disappointment was that even though the river is across the street you can’t see it or get to it unless you drive. Not familiar with the area we really had to do our research to find places to bring the family but exploring the different spots was fun too! A true Maine adventure!!

We had a great time and loved the cabin! Spacious and clean and everything we needed. We will definitely book again when in the area!

Outstanding would definitely stay again

Way too many rules that you’re not aware of when you book until after you pay and then we left $100 tip and still got charged an additional $430! If you are willing to rent out your property you have to be aware of stains and damages! We have a business as well where we have renters and it’s just what happens when you work with public!!!! This is totally uncalled for!!!

The whole family enjoyed the experience. The cabin was so cozy and home feel that we didn’t feel the need to go out. We enjoyed nature around us and shared the family love

Our second time staying here and we really enjoy the property. Wish There was a better marker on the street to find the driveway, its off a fast moving road and not easy to find especially at night.

Two families - 4 adults, 5 kids, and a large Gold Retriever - had plenty of space to enjoy and run around. The yard had a nice area with swings and a small stream/creek for the kids to explore. Grafton Notch and some swimming holes (including Frenchman's Hole in Bethel) were just a drive away. The house was very nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Great communication by the owner as well!

Carol the owner was great with communication. Location was clean and comfortable. The brownies left for us were amazing! Enjoyed fire pit area and charcoal grill provided for a great summer meal of hamburgers and hot dogs. Downstairs entry and accommodations were perfect for elderly parents. No stairs, one level, easy ground level access, with kitchen, washer, dryer, and plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality of Carol the owner. Would highly recommend!

Nice property

It was an absolute pleasure working with Carol on renting this home for a long weekend for a family reunion! We had such a great time and the house is beautiful!

We enjoyed a terrific week at White Pines Cabin. Since the ski conditions were less than optimal. We spent more time at the house than expected. It was an excellent backdrop for time with our 3 kids who are in their mid to late twenties. There were fantastic Christmas wreaths and trimmings adding to the coziness! Carol was so lovely and thorough and attentive. It made me want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with her!

WPC was the perfect pick for a nice getaway. My friends and I had so much fun just enjoying what nature had to offer. It was in the perfect location, tucked away behind trees so that you have privacy. Carol made it very easy to check in and checked in on us during our stay. Check-out was easy as well. We loved our stay at White Pines Cabin. What a great Cabin! Everyone loved the decor and attention to detail. The Cabin accommodated our group of 14 comfortably; ages varied from 3 to 67 years old and everyone loved it! The kids loved finding frogs in the stream near by and had fun on the swings. It does have close proximity’s to the street but the trees and cabin level provide all needed privacy. We went exploring the Maine Wildlife Park and also went canoeing and swimming on Androscoggin River. There are many things to do around the area, we needed more days to do more. The hosts were amazing. They communicated with us effectively prior to our arrival, and then gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. They are not breathing down your neck like in other places. The kids loved being welcomed with a box of brownies and we loved having all the family there. We celebrated two birthdays and had great meals enjoying the sunset. We are grateful to Carol and her family for sharing their beautiful Cabin with us. Blessings!

We gathered kids and grandkids for a wonderful week in the mountains. We found adventures every day at nearby swimming holes, waterfalls, trail biking, lake beach, Storyland, and Sunday River and a great cafe in Bethel. The grandkids explored the brook on the property several times every day, finding frogs and salamanders and swinging on the rope swings. Many wonderful memories were created.

Well stocked, great hangout spaces, 3 baths- a difficult find- were much appreciated! Carol, the host, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and provided lots of info and all transactions were seamless. Nice place, but not so nice that it takes away from relaxing because you're so worried about staining the rug or couch kind of place. Comfy and homey. Only downsides were no AC and no screens on porch- forgot how humid and buggy it gets on the east coast!

Came up for a weekend of skiing and general fun and was not disappointed. The cabin comfortably slept 5 couples and a small child (we rented both the top and bottom). The space is comfortable, well decorated, and the fireplace is a real treat after a long day at Sunday River. Carol was incredibly accommodating and made the process from booking to checkout a breeze. I will definitely try to book here anytime I'm in the area.

The host is great to work with. This was our second visit to this location.

Spent the weekend at WPC with a big group of college friends. This place is cozy and perfectly set up to inspire lifelong memories. Comfy beds, very clean, well equipped kitchens, warm fireplaces! Beautiful 🙂

Carol's place was so sweet and cozy--many personal touches. Carol was so responsive and attentive. We forgot our iPad hours after check-out and texted her. She had someone come to the house and unlock so that we could swing by and get it! Perfect skiing house for Sunday River. Would definitely come back in the future. Thanks Carol!!!

This was an amazing cabin for a summer get away. Very spacious and had everything we needed, down to chilled pint glasses in the freezer and brownies set out on the table. The deck was great for lounging on while the sun set. Although it was summer we used the sauna in the morning - wonderful amenity. Plenty of room to play corn hole in the front, even with numerous cars parked. Unfortunately the river is not walkable from the cabin, which put a bit of a delay in our plans to float on the river (this was the only downside to the trip). There is a church right now the street with a few parking spots that worked ok. There is also a fun little area down from the driveway with swings and another picnic table. The beds were super comfortable and AC was not needed with the wonderful fans in each room. I would love to stay here again for a winter ski trip! Carol was quick to respond and gave great recommendations for local spots. I would recommend.
