The pictures don’t even do it justice. Gorgeous relaxing views. Very private. So happy to have found this amazing gem tucked into a hill in a cozy little town across the bay from the city. Quaint and cozy but with beautiful and modern upgrades and everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Coffee and breakfast items were even provided for our convenience, which was perfect since we got in later than planned. Donna and Julie were the most helpful and gracious hosts. It was so wonderful that we extended an extra day because we just weren’t ready to leave. Would definitely love to stay here again! ❤️

Nicely appointed, clean, spacious apartment in the lower floor of a house (with the owner above) with a nice view.

My husband and I loved staying in this lower-level rental unit. It was fully furnished with everything we needed, had a luxurious bathroom, plus offered the bonus of a hot tub and beautiful patio area for our private use. It was a great spot to return to and relax after days spent exploring San Francisco and the Bay Area. Donna and Julie were super helpful and great to communicate with about parking, accessing the rental, using the hot tub and departure. So glad we stayed here!

I stayed here with a friend while attending a local conference. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The owners, Julie and Donna, texted on our first day to confirm our check in time and arrange to meet. Julie showed us around the property when we arrived. They live above the apartment, but we had plenty of privacy. They were thoughtful and left items for breakfast in the refrigerator. I needed some papers printed and Donna printed them for me. They were welcoming and happy to help. With being gone at the conference most of the daytime hours we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, but I sure did enjoy the huge tub in the bathroom! All of the linens are soft, cozy and smell wonderful! I found the bed perfect, with plenty of blankets and a variety of pillows. My only regret is that so many of my hours were spent away from this sanctuary.

We stayed here for two months in January and February. The apartment is perfect for two people. The kitchen is very small, but works. The bathroom is special with a claw foot tub, and the best double shower we have ever had in any room anywhere! There are two wonderful outside areas to sit, one is a brick garden area with a grill that we used a lot. The other deck is on the west side of the apartment, and is a fantastic place to watch the sunsets and pull a table over for dinner on the deck. Hot tub also on the west deck. The views from the bed are wonderful.The Richmond bridge is so pretty at night and the sunsets over the bay and Mt.Tamalpais are spectacular from inside and out. The house is nearly at the end of the street ,and is incredibly quiet. You can hike around in the hills and the Keller Beach area just moments from your door. Walking into Point Richmond is easy as can be.There are several fabulous restaurants and coffee shops in Point Richmond. The hosts are lovely and live upstairs. We have stayed several places in Point Richmond and this is a good one!!!

The property is unique in a good way, but I believe it lends itself to either younger people that are physically active or to a couple that prefers an intimate getaway. The roadway is quite steep and the stairs leading down to the unit can be challenging. View, accommodations, and atmosphere Are appealing.

This is an amazing little place with amazing property owners.

The views were absolutely amazing, the beach was only seconds away and tons of hiking right there by the house with mountain top views. Donna and Julie were amazing hosts! Upon arrival, Julie gave us a tour of the place and made sure we were good to go. They left the hot tub on for us and gave us noticed when they were stopping by. We were able to see the golden gate bridge and the sunset. The studio was welcoming and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. There are restaurants and stores nearby in case you were missing something or just wanted some food. We hope to come back in the near future.

Property was wonderful. Hosts were more than accommodating given the chaos of what was going on with covid. Great views. Lovely deck. Two thing that could use improvement. Sound proofing from upstairs apartment and a little more privacy around the hot tub.

Donna and Julie are consummate hosts, providing such thoughtful amenities, and being very responsive to questions and requests. The property is beautiful, the views stunning, and the comfort level and cleanliness superior. Highly recommended - we'll happily stay again!

Loved the setting overlooking SF Bay. Enjoyed the sunsets while soaking in the jacuzzi. The beds were extremely comfortable and enjoyed the magnificent bathroom with its shows and bath tub. I would definitely return.

This place is a little gem. Wonderful facility, wonderful views, and wonderful hosts. The room is private and newly renovated. Everything is new and top-notch.The hosts are very responsive and even left us milk eggs and yogurt to start our stay. It is as good as it looks in the pictures (if not better).

Communication was a breeze, the hosts were as helpful as humanly possible, it’s EXACTLY as pictured, maybe even more beautiful in person, the cedar hot tub is the most incredibly relaxing oasis & the bed was quite cozy! I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay away from the city in a peaceful little town with views of the bay & nearby hiking & adventures. 13/10 This place is just breathtaking & the hosts are wonderful, easily accessible if you need anything & made me feel extremely welcome while maintaining the level of privacy you want in a rental house. They thought of every little detail & even left a little breakfast in the fridge prior to my arrival, top notch, best VRBO experience ever.

This was an oasis of beauty and comfort! Immaculate, comfortable and surrounded by lovely gardens and vistas. It was like stepping into a dream. Our hosts could not have been nicer! We hope to return someday!

I wasn’t expecting much from this property. It was a short trip for us and I was nervous we’d be uncomfortable with the shared property. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! We had privacy. The beauty of the interior and exterior of the property are top notch. But it was the special attention to the little details that really made the difference. The bed and linens are heaven!!!I was so impressed with their quality and coziness I bought the same mattress upon returning home. The owners stocked the refrigerator with a few basics to make our late arrival more comfortable. The wooden jacuzzi was healing and refreshing. The bathroom and color choices of the bedroom/living area - stunning, healing and cozy. The sunsets over the bay were beautiful. Next time I visit I’d like to spend more time accessing the trails to the beach/bay and the cute little town.

It is very peaceful here with a great view of the bay. Sipping wine in the hot tub was such a treat! The apt is so pretty and the bed is very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay!
