We had a Wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to cook when we did. The pool area was very nice. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather. One suggestion would be for more chairs out there. There are 4 but we had 5 people. We would definitely return for another stay!

There were plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of the condo and the prices were very reasonable, and the food was great. The only negative thing was the housekeeping. I paid a fee of $215.00 with a chance of paying more if the condo was dirty. We had to make sure that the trash was taken out and the dishes were clean and put away. I question why I had to pay the full fee if I did part of the work? I found dust under the dresser and under the two beds in the front bedroom. There was dust along the baseboards and on the wall behind the furniture. I did not check the other rooms because I was not sleeping in them. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. We did not use the stove so I do not know how clean it was. The grounds and the beach were very clean and the young man who was security was very nice and helpful.

This updated condo is very nice and would highly recommend. A special call out to the front desk reservation person, George J, who was extremely helpful and friendly.

The property was well kept and located a short driving distance from St. Augustine proper. Our condo was very comfortable and accommodated us nicely. Our original condo had a broken dryer, so they switched us to another condo easily before we arrived.

The chairs scratched the cheap flooring. There was no ventilating fans in either of the bathrooms. Not pleasant. The sliding doors to the outside are very hard to slide when they are on the track. Most of the time both the glass and screen sliding doors were off the track. Property had a new dishwasher. There is a nice table on the balcony for eating outside. Excellent pool and hot tub. Property is a short walk to the beach on their boardwalk. The property came with 2-3 resident roaches which we reported to the office. Despite promises, no exterminator showed up.

The entire unit felt damp to the point the chairs felt wet and you couldn't leave any food out because they would have ants all over it. Other than that the unit was comfortable perfect fit for a family vacation. We have been there 3 times and will continue to come back to this location!

Condo listed as "sleeps 9" but only about 5 (very worn/thin)towels/washcloths provided. Kitchen supplies were fairly adequate but again only 5 coffee cups, 1 dishtowel, 1 pitcher with no lid... The sugar ants are an issue. The TVs were in good working order. LR furniture, carpet, rug, and entire condo really needs to be renovated and updated in my opinion if it is to be listed as a "silver level" unit and for me to be able to recommend to others. We've stayed at CRC many times through the years, but were a bit disillusioned this year and esp with this particular unit.CRC needs to provide more carts (had maybe 2 for our bldg-#2) to assist guests.

Loved the indoor pool on cool days. Management was great. Condo clean and quiet. No complaints except the stacking washer/dryer is small and the clothes came out smelling worse than before.

I will first give my positive feedback. We loved the comfy living room with carpeting. Very spacious and lots of seating to accommodate everyone. We also like the large table out on the porch and the wonderful view of the pool. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Now for the negative feedback. The master bathroom is in need of updating. the whirlpool tub, which doubled as a shower, was not very comfortable to use. The tub was raised up and the shower nozzle was low which made it tough to get your head under the shower spray. Also made it touch to step down out of the tub after a shower. The mirror in the shower area was a bit weird also. So, I would say that the master bathroom was a huge weak point in 2208. Also there were not many hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms to hang things from. Like your towels and things. Other than that we really really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were very nice!!

It was a pain to get down to the pool and beach with kids. Pool was also very cold!

Had a great time with kids and grandkids. Kids definitely enjoyed the open area. My only suggestion would be the living room furniture was really not comfortable at all for more than several people. Needs replacing. Master mattress was a little soft but I understand some like soft. Overall our stay was a success.

Our family of 7 enjoyed our time at this property, but it was a tight fit. We had great weather, so the adults could get extra seating on the balcony— not enough dining chairs inside. The kitchen was updated nicely, but extremely small. Bathrooms very nice. Master bedroom mattress needs replacement; soft and sunken and we’re not big people.
