Amazing place, very clean, crazy beautiful views. The whole process with the management follow up emails to help you through the check in and check out process was outstanding. If you are looking for a wonderful convenient location for beautiful hikes/waterfalls and all the modern day amenities located near by, this is the place for you! All the beach toys were awesome and allowed us to enjoy the beach in comfort. The two AC units kept the condo cool and comfortable for my family. Very safe location, excellent parking and an elevator right to the front door of the condo. The washer/dryer was great to bring back clean clothes so we didn’t have a ton of laundry when we got home. I want to thank the owners for allowing us to use their condo. You have a slice of heaven! Mahalo!!!!

The location is central and convenient; oceanfront balcony is wonderful to watch the sunrise.

This was a wonderful location in Kapa'a. The view was beautiful to wake up to sunrise each morning. The listing was well designed to give privacy to both rooms, and was very clean upon arrival.

There was a fair amount of sand still in the space when I checked in, but there is a vacuum, and I was able to take care of that quickly. Also, it would have been helpful if the property management had explained the situation with the traffic before I arrived. Due to ongoing road construction, it would take me more than an hour to travel to beaches that were good for swimming. It would have been helpful to have that information prior to arrival so that I could have planned accordingly.

My only 2 negatives was the shower and the A/C. The bathroom with the shower had no fan but the half bathroom did which was weird and needs to be fixed. The A/C was great in the larger room but not sure what was up with the smaller bedroom. We turned it off and at night it still was like 64 degrees! Other than those 2 issues I would definitely stay here again. Place was very clean. We had to search around for the beach chairs (they are in a closet on the balcony). It had everything you would need in the kitchen.

The checking process was easy. My complaints are that the property manager don’t reply unless you call them. Due to arriving early we send then message to do checking early to leave the luggage they never reply us back. We called them and the property manager say that no early check in because the property was occupied but she will gave us a call once the property was ready. We never heard back from here. Another thing is that you are supposed to print a parking pass. They should have those pass inside the unit. How you will print the pass if you receive the info one or two days before your arrival day. We got lucky because we stay the day before in a hotel and got access to the printer but what about those that fly and receive the checking instructions days before and re already traveling. Those are my complaints.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 8 nights. It met ALL of our needs and more…. King bed, air conditioning, washer/dryer, full kitchen, 1+ bathrooms, a lanai, elevator, pool and great ocean front view. It also was across the street from a Safeway grocery store, a Starbucks and more. It also included a reserved parking place.

The furniture and the bed mattress need updating badly. The bed mattress is too large for the bedroom and can only be accessed from the foot or one side. Additionally, the bedroom door cannot be closed due to the size of the mattress. Clothes dressers were located inside the bedroom closets making access to the closet difficult. Overall, the unit is just uncomfortable. Also, we were there for Superbowl Sunday, but the TV system does not appear to carry live TV channels. Disappointing. I would not rent in this complex again.

If this property is advertised as having two bed rooms, it should provide beds in each room. The sofa bed is unacceptable as it is uncomfortable. Also, the units should at least provide some coffee, tea, sugar and other condiments to make this a livable short term home.

great place to stay; kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the location, found some great places to eat... Safeway and the natural food store are across the stree. Tiki tacos also right down the street! We loved staying here... very comfortable place. AC was a life saver. We had no issues what-so-ever.

We had the best time at this beautiful condo. Clean, upgraded, well stocked, perfect place to relax. The bed was super cozy. We loved the location with the beautiful view and being able to walk to so many places. Would definitely come back!

The spare room was perfect for our little one to nap. The place was clean and in a good location near food land, restaurants and shopping. The view was pretty as advertised.

The location was central to different spots on the island, the condo complex itself was quiet and well maintained. And the staff at Garden Island Properties was great not only in advance of our stay by answering my questions, but quickly addressed the few items that were missing from the condo and providing them. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was amazing from the balcony. It was nice having the resort next door to use their beach and restaurant, and the condo location is walkable to grocery stores and a quick drive to downtown. The only downside is there isn't much beach for swimming in front of the condo complex, its pretty rocky. And the time we were there it was fairly windy and choppy so we sought out the north and south shores for better beaches. But overall it was a great home base for our vacation.

It has all the amenities that you would need. The second bedroom wall does not have a full wall and so sound privacy is limited. It is centrally located on the island and all the stores you need are within walking distance. I left my phone on the table near pool and staff secured it and brought it to lost and found office. The location is next door to Oasis Lounge with a nice happy hour. Short trip to both the south and north sides of the island.
