Thoroughly enjoyed the location and the property.

At first glance we were concerned that we were going to sleep above a block of restaurants. Once we got upstairs and realized that there are businesses between the restaurants and the condo level we were put at ease. We literally heard no noise from the businesses downstairs. The condo was great size, full kitchen, paved walking trail out the back door. There was an elevator for us to get our older dog from the third-floor to outside which was very helpful. Everything went well and we were able to roam the area for trails and meet up with our friends in Eagle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo and location was perfect! We will definitely stay here again! Sean was very helpful during our stay and checked on everything while we were there as well.

Great location in Edwards just a few minutes from Beaver Creek. Nice roomy condo with restaurants, shopping and grocery store within walking distance.

Restaurants, shopping, walking trails and most importantly convenient access to Beaver Creek Resort made this a great place to stay. We didn’t have hot water our first night - not great after skiing all day but Sean contacted the building supervisor and we had it early the next morning.

This is definately a hidden gem. Close to everything we would need. Condo was just as described

The property was as described. It was clean and adequately stocked. The location provided access to everything we needed. The master bedroom king bed, however, was extremely uncomfortable. The top surface of the mattress is just foam padding. We both slept poorly. My husband had a backache the next day and had to sleep in the pull-out sofa the second night.

We were staying for a few days for our daughter’s surgery. Floor plan was perfect and kitchen is nicely stocked. Love the location!

Loved staying here at Riverwalk. Near to family we were visiting. Walkable to many restaurants and Starbucks, groceries and liquor store. My son was allowed to bring his dog for short visits. This apartment was as advertised and the ease of checking in and out were exceptional. Nice, nice place. We’ll be staying here again....

Great location

Close to all you’d want to do, but not as congested as Vail and Avon can be. You can practically fall out bed to the bike path/running trail, and plenty of hiking/biking/Jeeping nearby. Pool was awesome for the kids. Two block walk to Starbucks (that’s six stars in my wife’s review) and right by the market for food. Walking distance (or just go to the lobby) to great food. We do a lot of weekend getaways from Denver and had never been to Edwards before, but this was a great condo and location and we’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. It is in a great location with convenient access to shopping, walking and skiing. The only thing missing was a couple of decent kitchen utility knives (pairing and chopping/carving).

We enjoyed the condo very much. Wonderful view from the balcony to the mountains and Main Street. Sean went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The jacuzzi bathtub was wonderful after a day on the slopes.

Cozy and comfortable unit in the heart of Edwards close to Beaver Creek. Multiple restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, movie theater and a variety of shops within walking distance. Great setup for my ski vacation.

Great location with very good restaurants and retail at hand, and the hot tub and pool is a great amenity. Host was super. I will say the building and unit is slightly less upscale and slightly more worn than I thought it'd be. I would normally rate it a good 4 on the whole, but I reluctantly have to give it a 3 from the standpoint that I don't know I've ever had a tougher time sleeping somewhere. First, the illuminated marquee from the movie theater across the street shined right through the thin and porous window shade all night long. Two, there was surprisingly a lot of noise at night as people came out of the couple bars around there...with some lingering way too long. (This unit faces the parking lot above the shops and restaurants...and the road.) Nice set up, just not a great environment for a restful vacation stay.

This property is great - kitchen has new appliances, tv's in both bedrooms and smart tv in living room. It is quiet, and the private garage with carts to take your belongings up is really nice. I also used the exercise room and it has all the equipment one could want. I would definitely recommend this property. Sean was attentive to all details.

This condo was the perfect place for my 2 sons and I to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful walking trail & river right behind. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the owner was awesome to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at the condo and definitely plan on returning again. The condo was right in the middle of the Riverwalk in Edwards, so close to restaurants, bars, movie theater, coffee shops and a grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and I was the only one there on a couple occasions. The owner was so responsive and gave great restaurant recommendations. The condo was clean, provided all the essentials (and then some, even laundry detergent) and was very nicely decorated. The condo was so close to hikes, mountain biking and the other beautiful mountain towns nearby, Vail was only 15mins away. Can’t wait to stay there again!

You know how the photos used on sites like this are sometimes "generous" about a lot of things regarding the place you're considering renting? I thought the photo on the left was that kind of picture, but it wasn't. It's 100% legit. There's the condo -- right there in the heart of downtown Edwards (top balcony on the left). It's above a bustling street, across from a movie theater, withing skipping distance of everything you hoped and dreamed of (grocery store! farmers market on the weekend! beautiful river walk! bike trails! restaurants! coffee shops! stores! oh my!). The interior was simple, lovely and comfortable and perfect for our traveling family of five. The underground parking with access to an elevator made things super easy to get in and get out. Our host was accessible and friendly with clear (and easy) directions. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a fantastic time staying in the Vail Valley! If you like both dining/shopping AND nature, this property cannot be beat! It's located in the Edwards Riverwalk complex of shops and restaurants, which backs up onto a great riverside trail that's perfect for biking and walking. We had a great time exploring both the river and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Sean is an incredibly helpful and gracious host. We'd definitely go back again in the future! Thanks Sean!
