The only good thing is the location.The wifi was not working for most of our stay.

Very nice and quiet being at the end. The condo was very clean ,we love coming to Seabrook!The sunsets are always beautiful and seeing dolphins is always nice!

We loved the location and the fact that we could bring our dog but the home needs some TLC and a deep clean. There was visible trash and food on the floor and around the house. In the master bedroom and bathroom squished mosquitoes covered the walls. The toilet leaked when flushed and one of the light switches shocked my husband when he went to turn it on. Maintenance came out to fix these problems. He fixed the toilet but told us the lightswitch was a much bigger job and he would have to come back another time. There was also a hole in the master bedroom floor and the blinds were broken so people could see the bed from outside. Would not stay here again unless some work was put into this home.

Weather was not very cooperative, but the location could not be beat. We enjoyed the dog-friendly property and beach despite the rain. Great time to go with minimal crowds.

Very nice place. Great location. Only issue was we requested early check-in and Vacasa said they would let us know as soon as cleaning was done and could possibly check-in early. Never received a text though. So we thought we would go to our place anyways and by chance it may be getting close to being done at 330 and condo was vacant! Also dishwasher was full of dishes to be emptied and or washed??? No coffee pot for coffee maker, we made coffee in a pan:( .Also asked if there were beach chairs at the condo Vacasa said they were not provided yet the balcony had four available. Make sure to see what you have in the rental before going out and purchasing.

Second time staying here. Enjoyed it even more as they upgraded the furniture and television. Easy walk to the river and has one of the best sunset views you can get in SC.

So it was a nice place and very clean when we arrived. Things I had wished I had known before we arrived: It is the first floor but it is up 5-6 steps to the front door so it is not an easy access if you are looking for step less entry. Also, it is on the end but it is the second unit from the end and there are units above you and on both sides of you - so a fair amount of noise. It had central AC but we could not open the windows in any of the rooms. We had hoped to open them at night for fresh air but could not. Finally, its great if you want to bring your dog. But we heard barking a lot at all hours. In spite of the above, I am giving it one star because we returned home and now they are claiming we chipped the granite counter tops. We did not chip the counter tops. I didn't notice it at all but I know we did not cause the damage - how does one chip a granite counter anyway? Once this is resolved I will update my review.

My wife and I spent 4 days at SEABROOK Island for a winter getaway. And the accommodations at Pelican Watch condo were very nice, clean, comfortable , and what we wanted.

This rental was perfect for us. The place was spotless with comfy couches and cute decor. A short walk down the boardwalk to the almost private beach. Dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! What more would you ever want! We did have an issue with gate access for a guest but that was a Vacasa mistake which was corrected after a couple of calls. We will most definitely will be back to this rental!

Our condo was spotless and fully furnished with everything we needed. The view from the deck was amazing with breathtaking sunsets. We loved the solitude of the location and enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, and saw dolphins every day. We highly recommend this condo at Seabrook Island.

Good location, quiet beach

This home is very well maintained and a very comfortable stay. The location on Pelican Watch was perfect for us and our dog, so quiet and peaceful. Nice birdwatching and daily walks around Seabrook Island. Everything was as promised and no issues or concerns at all. We will definitely consider returning to this property next year. Thank you!

I didn't realize how close the beach was! Beautiful and perfectly sized for our family of four. My girls (4 and 10 months) loved the beach and we spent most of our time there since it was not crowded and most times was like your own private beach. We really didn't want to leave! House was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities you would need for a couple of days.

We seriously liked this home. The location on the water was very easy to access. The Board walk takes you directly to the water. We had two separate visits from five male deer, they were so close to the deck we could almost touch them. The condo is comfortable and has all the items you need to use the kitchen. It’s stocked with anything you might need. . Washer and dryer were nice also.

This was our first time staying in a condo at the beach, but as it was just us and our dog, we thought we'd give it a try. It was great! Perfect for the two of us, great location, steps to the beach and walking areas for the dog. The management team were responsive to our minor needs and a timely manner.

Very nice accommodation. Comfy seating. Nicely decorated. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Your own beach right outside. Beach club and pool just down the road. Had a great relaxing week with the dogs.

This condo was very easy to find wit lots to do close by. The unit was very clean & well equipped for our stay. I enjoyed sitting on the covered deck where we saw lots of wildlife walk by. On morning & evening walks we saw many dolphins. This unit is positioned to watch evening sunsets from covered deck. I hope to return one day!

Footsteps from boardwalk to beach make this unit exceptional! And the sunsets are truly spectacular! This 13105 Pelican Watch villa was just completely repainted, with new appliances and new furniture. Must see.

Nice one bedroom condo right on the ocean. It was great to have the convenience of two full bathrooms. Seabrook Island is a beautiful gated community with lots to do and see. My husband and I plan on visiting the island again in the near future.

Loved the proximity to the beach, saw dolphins daily, beautiful views off the deck. The furniture could use a good cleaning, some maintenance needed (stove light/fan didn't work), very small TV (not a smart TV) in living area. But, we loved being in a dog friendly place, over all it was a place we'd go back to.
