My daughter and I stayed at here for a weekend as she had a beach volleyball tournie in Lake City. This was the perfect location, close to everything, beautifully decorated with nice appliances and amenities. The owners were great to work with and provided wonderful communication and a warm welcome. Had a very enjoyable stay! Great air conditioning and very clean! Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect spot for 3 day retreat in Lake City. Clean, new appliances, spacious rooms. We plan to return next year, same time.

The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with an easy walk down to the lake. It was very clean with all of the amenities that we needed to make our stay feel like home. The hosts were very responsive and gave us a lot of great ideas on how to spend our time in Lake City!

Wonderful! Everything was exactly as stated on line. Tammy's communication was great; quick responses and to the point. This was a terrific option for our family members with small children. A "no doubter" for another stay in the future.

My husband and I stayed in the spacious lower level. We had comfy beds, tv, and our own bathroom. Our son, his wife and their 2 year old daughter enjoyed the main level. We had plenty of room for family time together in the living, dining room and kitchen. We appreciated the child gate and booster seat provided by the host, and kitchen supplied with everything necessary. We were not downtown, but were within walking distance to the shops and marina.

This is a cute little home in Lake City MN just blocks form the waterfront. Easy access to town and a full patio to enjoy with a nice yard as well & firepit. Loved the space and location!

Hubby stayed here for father son golf trip. They said it had everything they needed and Tammy was vety hood and communicating everything. The whole process went very smooth

Super clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Felt like a really nice hotel, but with all the advantages of having a stand alone house (kitchen, laundry, living room, porch, patio and more). We will definitely be back to the “Little House on Prairie” again!

This was our second stay at this home, and it is still incredibly well kept and comfortable. Tammy and Chris are amazing hosts. Looking forward to next year's stay.

Stayed for the weekend on a girls get away. There were 6 of us and it was perfect. The house was so comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside and had a bonfire. Tammy and Chris were great. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again.

What a gem! We were in town for a long girls weekend which included an outdoor concert at Treasure Island. We had a remarkable time exploring the area around Lake City. It was so nice to come “home” in the evenings to such a nice and comfortable place. Thank you for listing your property. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about staying here. Tammy was great to work with, the house was clean and well-prepared, and they thought of all sorts of little things to make it a comfortable stay.

We've never been in a VRBO as nice as this one. Tammy came to the house to make sure we were settling in. She at that time talked about things to do in the area.
There was just one small issue and that was the location of the house. By car everything was easily accessible. However walking is a greater distance.
Our overall experience with this property is that we would definitely rent this or any other of the Peterson properties again.

Tammy was an excellent and communicative host. We had no difficulty checking in and she went above and beyond to accommodate us when I missed my flight. The home was clean, comfortable and had a more well appointed kitchen than any other home I've stayed in. Terrific times in Lake City!

We would stay here again. We had everything we needed. It was on a nice quiet street too! We enjoyed our cousins weekend getaway.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. Our host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The home had everything we needed. It is newly updated, spacious, organized and clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!
