You can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony. Short drive to good food- Thomas Donuts, Donut Hole, and Shaka Sushi. Also a couple minutes from grocery stores, within 15 minutes of Pier Park mall, and about 40 minutes from Miramar beach Silver Sands outlet mall. This is a great location because the beach is not too busy and you are an easy drive to get to other attractions.

Property very very clean. We were not there for fun. We were moving parent and had to clean out her house to sell. So your rental was right by her and we could come in at night and relax and rest comfortably. Thank you for the clean comfort.

We absolutely loved this property! The home was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone. The lot was large and very private. You have full access to the garage which is nice for a golf cart or storing beach supplies. All linens were provided so we had to bring were beach towels and the usual house supplies which was very nice. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

The property has had some water damage to the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. It appeared to have been a major plumbing issue. It would have been nice to have known that the ceiling repairs were not complete before booking or upon arriving. I would do away with the placemats on the dining table. They were very dirty and need to be replaced. The throw pillows on the sofa also need to be replaced or done away with. The bedding on the bed upstairs could be replaced. I would also recommend someone inspecting after housekeeping has been. The sheets were not properly on the bed, pillow cases put on inside out. Also, the kitchen trash can needs to be washed out. We loved the location, the refrigerator in the kitchen was great!

Rental company was very responsive. The overall condition of the property is an embarassment. I believe the owners are to blame for the state of the house — stained ceilings and holes in the walls and ceilings from leaks. No faucet in the master bath for the tub. The coffee table didn’t have a glass top — the previous renters broke the glass top and I had to call to get the table removed. Furniture was not comfortable. The beds were so so. The house has so much potential. Great location — tired and in need of a caring owner who wants to fix the issues and maybe power wash the driveway. It would spruce it up a bit.

Loved the balcony/veranda with beach views. House had lots of space and comfort. Close to Salty Sue's restaurant, donut hole as well as grocery stores. The was a bathroom problem but management was upfront, professional and we were compensated for the issue...will book again with Blue Swell.

Check-in was not smooth. We learned approximately 30-45 minutes b/4 our 4 pm check-in that we would be delayed for 3 hours to 7pm. Never received notification the house was ready at 7pm I had to call hold, hold, hold and we never were cleared to enter till 8pm or so. The house was not clean to meet any "CDC guidelines." Kitchen counters were not sanitized, cabinets, refrigerator not wiped down. The prior guests dirty towels were left in the washing machine so I had to wash them so we could use the washing machine. The showers were not cleaned properly as the prior guests razors and such were in the shower stalls. Floors all sandy I had to clean them on arrival. Placemats on the dining table had food stuck to them I washed them. The ceilings were between the kitchen and dining room were all water stained looked terrible. During our stay I received a text "that maintenance was on the way"....we did not request maintenance so no idea why they were coming and they just went in the house without us having prior knowledge as we were at the beach and our cell phones were not out every minute of the day waiting for a text from Blue Swell Rentals. Apparently they did something to the ceiling and the smell of whatever it was was a bit toxic when we returned. No one answered my text regarding the maintenance visit. The house is ok a lot of the furniture is worn a bit old and the sofa is dirty with stains. Everything needs a deep cleaning. I will say the ladies on the phone tried very hard to be helpful on check in night and locate management people to help. No one in management ever followed up with me. I put a lot of this information in text to you and not one single response. I don't think anyone really cares at Blue Swell. I got plenty of text messages if we were there anytime b/4 4pm we would be charged $75.00 no mention of our compensation when our rental was not ready and not clean. Our family still had a good time in PCB but our experience with this rental was not good and I don't really like to have clean someone else's dirty b/4 we can occupy the space.

We loved this house! It was very clean when we arrived. Loved the location, private. It was quite. Nice property and nice front and back yard. Kitchen was stocked well. Very easy to access when we arrived. Great communication. Beach only about a 300 yd walk, very close and easy access . Views of ocean from the house. We hope to stay at this property again, we enjoyed it here so much!

Pelicans Nest was Heaven away from heaven, location, location, location is what made this home the best place to stay. The beautiful beach across the street, local restaurant a few doors down, we definitely did not want to leave. So quiet and relaxing sitting on the master balcony hearing the ocean sounds and colors. Even though it rained a few days, this gave us a chance to shop and view Panama City Beach. We did have a few maintenance issues but it’s to be expected renting a home that others use every day. Hope all is fixed on our next trip, because WE WILL BE BACK!

Everything was as advertised. Location was nice. Away from hustle nd bustle part of beach but close enough that drive wasnt bad.

Checking in was super easy and the management communicated well. We love the price and the location. I probably will not stay here again due to the below issue. The issue is that clearly the floors and the bathtubs were not cleaned. This was our second time staying at this property and we had the exact same issue last time. We reported it then and nothing. This time I brought my own mop and I mopped the entire house 4 times and my sons feet were still black. There was sand left in the lower bathroom and the master bathtub had hair in it. Luckily I brought cleaning supplies with me. I reported this to management who did not respond, but they were quick to let me know when checkout was at 10. I would expect that management should take this seriously and send someone else out to clean or refund the cleaning fee because now their house is clean from me cleaning it.

Great stay

While the weather did not completely cooperate during our stay the house was perfect for our family. Everything that was advertised was delivered. Perfect setting with quick access to the beach. Lots of things to do that were close to the property. We had a great time and were all sad it could only be a short stay.

wonderful location, the house was perfect for a family of 5. loved having the sound and view of the ocean from the balcony and a very short walk to the beach.

The house is in an excellent location on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach with beach access just across the road. The house was well furnished and enjoyable. Our issue was that the floors were dirty and turned our feet black, so we mopped the next morning which made it better. Since there’s a pandemic, I didn’t want to call maid service to come in while we were there. Everything else was clean. Another issue we had was that the housekeeper didn’t know we were checking in and we arrived at 5:30pm, so we had to wait around on the room until 7pm. The beds were firm but we were able to sleep on them fairly well. Overall our stay at the vacation home was great, and we would definitely rent again!

We had a great stay here. Check in was a breeze, just a door code that is activated right at 4:00 PM and had no issues getting in. The property was very beautiful and updated, even has a brand new fridge! The floor was a little sandy but we didn't have any issues with doing a quick sweep as sand is to be expected at the beach. We LOVED being right across the street to the beach, you literally just cross the street and you're right at beach access 87 which is a ramp right down to the beach. This made is very convenient to come and go from the beach especially having an infant with us. The location is perfect, tucked away right outside of 30A and about 15 minutes from the action in PCB. This is a weird "like", but even the showers were nice and had great pressure, I feel like most showers at the beach can be hit or miss. Overall we had a great stay and plan to come back next year!!
