Our little family had a great time enjoying the beach and sunsets from the porch. Short walk to the beach was easy with young kids. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The nightly sunsets were wonderful to watch from the living room and porch. Ron was very responsive to questions/requests. We will definitely come again.

I had such a wonderful experience staying here. The condo was in a perfect location overlooking the beach with pelicans, gulls, deer and beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. I would definitely return to this gem of a place. Thank you!

My husband and I - and most definitely our dog Watson - enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful location. The sunsets are glorious, and the beach is steps away. Ron, the owner, was gracious and very quickly responded to a couple of issues. One of the bathrooms was just renovated - both have excellent showers! - and the kitchen was fine for our needs. The home was indeed very clean - I listed 4 (not 5) stars because it could use a paint touchup in a number of places. Otherwise, it is very well cared for. Seabrook Island itself is beautiful, with great beaches that are mainly dog friendly, and great for bird watching. It is close enough to Charleston to easily drive in for lunch, or to explore the city.

Lovely, well equipped condo. Very quiet & peaceful. Resort amenities are plentiful but I was here to relax and recharge. Ron was helpful and gracious. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Ron's Pelican Watch condo a few times over the years. Our trips have always been great. This stay was no exception. Ron is a very responsive host and we had very nice stay.

My wife and I had a great time. We made sure we were back all 4 evenings to watch the amazing sunset. The view is great and we were fortunate to have 6 nice bucks feed 30 yards in front of us one evening. Getting to the river/ ocean was easy and nice. Going to the main ocean was a little work so I would simply recommend getting bikes or golf cart. Didn’t bother us but wanted to make the recommendation if you stay. I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and one year old just spent a week at this property. The location is ideal, we were steps away from the beach and a short walk to the Seabrook Island Beach Club. The condo was very clean and looks just like the pictures. I did cook a few nights, and had everything we needed tools/cookware wise. The host provided us with a welcome letter and information upon booking with clear instructions on the Amenities and access to the island and condo. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

South Carolina is a wonderful place❤️and Seabrook Island is a fantastic way to see it love that they have everything from pools to golf Pickleball , tennis, kids are everywhere on golf carts bikes, great family place. Ron couldn't have been any more accommodating we will definitely be back .

There are so many great things to say about this rental. the location is great - we saw dolphins every day as we walked the beach, the sunset was great, the access to the club with the swimming pool was nice. The bed is nice and they have all the "little things" needed. Things like beach chairs, shampoos, the kitchen is very well stock (we ate in often), and having laundry in the unit is a great plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! The beach was just beautiful, and we saw dolphins most days.. the villa is pet friendly so we we’re thrilled to be able to bring our dog.. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Don’t think twice about renting this villa!

Lovely condo steps from the beach with view of the Edisto River. Easy access and proximity to the beach, golf, etc. Though we didn’t use the Club facilities, I can see that the Amenity Cards would be a big plus during the busier seasons!

The property is exactly as described in the listing except the views from the balcony are actually better in reality than the pictures make them seem. The unit is very well maintained and clean. Communication with the host was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Kitchen had everything i needed. Furniture was comfortable. Beautiful view of the bay. Easy short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. All communications with our hosts were responded to very quickly. I really liked the keyless entry.

Great experience for first-time VRBO user and visitor to Seabrook Island. Lovely villa with excellent location and spectacular ocean view. Host, Ron, super terrific and helpful. Check-in and gate pass/amenity card process went without a hitch. Parking very convenient too. Newly and nicely remodeled villa with tasteful, quality furnishings and amenities. Very clean too. King-sized bed very comfy. Kitchen small but well designed and stocked. Amazing view of ocean and sunsets/ sunrises from both den and deck. WI-FI and smart TV worked great. Location convenient to "main attractions" and within walking distance to clubhouse and Pelican's Nest restaurant via road or beach. Private boardwalk to gorgeous beach and ocean teaming with dolphins, pelicans and other aquatic birds. Watching the dolphins hunt for fish close to the shoreline was a special daily treat. Overall, a great experience and one I plan to repeat.

Awesome view from villa to ocean shores. Villa tastefully decorated in beach theme with comfortable furniture - especially comfortable is the king size mattress. Kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need to make delicious meals. Overall, our stay was a super nice experience!

This villa is immaculate and somewhat contemporary with a high ceiling, giving it a very spacious feel. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bath plus all the tv channels we watch at home and more. The patio was perfect for watching shrimp boats and wildlife (deer, pelicans, dolphins) with a high-top table and chairs so you see over the railing. Seabrook itself is so quiet and relaxing and very well maintained. The fitness center is top- notch as well. We have been to Seabrook and stayed in Pelican Watch many times. We found this villa to be the nicest.

This was our first time at Pelican Watch. For the past 10 years we would stay at the Spinnaker townhouses. This property has a nice layout, great deck and a short walk to the water. The bed and furniture were comfy. The wifi worked great. Parking was easy. The only downsides were that you are close to your neighbors, so it's noisier (kind of like apartment living). There were also a few minor broken items in the unit.

Overall this was a very nice property located in an amazing area. Everything was quiet and the view was great. Ron was a great property manager and even offered us an extra day back given we had to leave due to Hurricane Ian. Looking forward to coming back

I love how close this condo is to the beach. Every morning my dog and I would take the boardwalk to the beach and he would run and play! Beautiful condo. Super easy check in.

We had a great vacation! The place was super cute and spacious! We loved the convenience of the beach, pool, shops and restaurants to eat! The property managers were extremely helpful and we can't wait to book another stay!

Great property in great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The owners sent us a lot of great information about the villa and the area before our stay. They also help coordinate obtaining Seabrook amenity cards, which is important when staying on the island because these cards are required to enter the Beach Club and pool. Ron even called on our first full day to ensure all was well. The kitchen had all of the cookware/utensils we needed, which was perfect for a full week stay. We very much enjoyed the balcony view and excellent, peaceful location. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican Watch!! The view was superb and the condo was better than advertised!! We loved the beach and the Seabrook Island Club was just great. Thanks to the Lanio family for being gracious hosts. We'll be be back!
