This was our third time staying at John and Linda’s. Great unit. Clean and well kept. Ready to book again next year

We loved staying here. Izaty’s was a really fun location with fire pits, golf, a great swimming pool, fishing, etc. But it was this property that made it incredible. The owners communicate really well, the property is very clean and new, and they think of all the little things that make the difference (firewood, toiletries, etc). A must stay!

The property is located at the Izaty's Resort and in the villa area. Very clean and as described. The screened-in porch was my favorite spot to watch the lake and kids play in the flat backyard. Kitchen had everything we needed and the extra long table was great for games, large dinners and providing space for the kids to do projects. Highly recommend. Great communication too!

We enjoyed our visit. Very nice place to stay with everything you need for a visit. Really enjoyed being close the the pool and able to fish whenever we wanted to. Even had time to play a round of golf. I would definitely come back again!

Place was beautiful. Enjoyed the peaceful scenery and places to walk. This was our 29th annual girls weekend. It was perfect.

Beautiful condo on the lake. Owner was very responsive close to/during our trip. Nice resort and golf course. Not much to do or many places to eat outside of the resort. Good for getting away from it all.

Lovely property and view of the lake. Amenities need to be repaired. Jacuzzi was broken as was the sauna.

My family enjoyed their stay at John and Linda’s place! The grandkids loved having their own bunk bed room and everything was very clean. The location was close to the pool and other amenities and the view of the lake and fire pit was amazing. John was great about communicating and was very kind and understanding. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was well stocked with everything you need . It was clean and had a fire pit out back . John and Linda were so nice and allowed us to get an early check in so we were able to meet our family . The views are beautiful. We come back every year.

Good accommodations. Enjoyed the outdoors activity equipment. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Would stay again!

Had a great vacation at this property. Very comfortable and clean. Had everything you might possibly need in the kitchen. Wi-Fi worked great.

It's everything you need and more. It's modern, spacious, and clean. Not to mention, positioned right by the fire pit, central to the other amenities, and has a great grass area right off the back. The beds are also...amazing. We would/have stayed again!

Lovely home, cute decorations

Clean, great views and location. 3 bathrooms is a nice feature and beds are comfy. However, there was no Internet access, I reached out to owners a few hours into our stay, he said he would dig into the issue, but we didn’t get a any followup or solution for the remaining 3+ days of our stay. Cable and TV didn’t work either. We had 1 local channel and PBS. We were not there to watch tv or be on the Internet, but with 2 little ones with us it made things more difficult. Fridge also didn’t keep temp, we had to throw away a dinner, breakfast sausage and breast milk. Overall it was good, just be aware the Internet/tv issues and keep ice handy to use cooler if you have fridge issues.

We had a lovely stay at John's place!! It was immaculately clean, had everything we need, and has a gorgeous view of the lake. Also the beds were super comfortable. Zero complaints! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean and comfortable

We loved the beach villa! Everything was wonderful from the location on the lake, the lay out and beautifully decorated interior, comfy beds, beautifully manicured yards and flowers and the most spectacular sunsets to sit and enjoy right down by the water in comfy chairs by the fire pit! We enjoyed a great dinner at the club house and swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We would definitely want to stay there again.

We had a wonderful week in a great rental at Izaty's. The townhome was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel like it was home away from home. The s'mores supplies was such a treat, and we can't say more about what a great week and host we had!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo is beyond beautiful, with perfect design touches as well as very thoughtful items to help you enjoy your stay, such as a wiffle ball set, skewers/s’mores items, fully stocked kitchen, etc! The lake is beautiful and the resort offers endless activities. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

We stayed for a girls weekend (7 of us who have been friends for over 20 years) and it was the perfect getaway! Such a beautiful place. Would highly recommend!

Great stay by the big lake. Always FUN!

We really enjoyed our stay. From the community pool, swimming in the lake, watching the ducklings each day, to the beautiful sunsets each night.

Unit 314 is wonderful, clean, and well equipped , will stay again in near future.

We rented this villa to attend one of my best friend's 50th birthday celebration at the Izaty's Lodge. The villa has an amazing set up with a perfect entertaining space, comfy screened in porch and bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and the location is central to the entire property. We would absolutely rent this villa again at a future stay.

We stayed 8/28-91 and we had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and felt very welcoming. The beds were so comfortable!! Great view of the lake from the patio and even better view while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Very few people at the resort during our stay, so lots of space at the pool! Would definitely recommend! Thanks John and Linda!
