The house was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. We really loved the kitchen, theater room and spent a ton of time in the pool. Dave was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We would defintely stay here again.

This was the 4th we visited Orlando and the third house we rented. This house was great, clean and provided all the luxury advertised. The thing that made this great was the owner David was very responsive and great to work with. There were no issues, but when questions arose he was quick with his responses. Would recommend this property to anyone interested.

We enjoyed our stay and working with Dave was fantastic. He’s very communicative and even met us at check in to show us around and how to use everything. Our favorite thing was the theatre room, it’s very nice.
Items to know if you’re staying- bring your beach towels along there were only 2, and the hot tub isn’t actually hot, it’s the same temp as the pool.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home so much—great pool, nice appliances, all the comforts of home with a perfect location! The theatre room was a huge hit and we loved the fun decor all thru the house! Everything was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBOs, but highly recommend this one!

Where do I start?!
The theather, the pool , the outside kitchen, omg all of it was perfect and as shown in the pictures! The owner of the home was consistant whenever we needed him he was there for all of our needs. The pool is very bigger than it is in the pictures. Everything was so clean and new. We had Everything we needed plus more. I am definitely staying here next year for my vacation! Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home .

A time to relax and truly enjoy our vacation!
Scheduled a week to sit back and relax by the pool while the others went to Universal and Disney to experience Halloween, the 50th anniversary of Disney and the transformation into holiday decorations! Dave, the host, was extremely timely with information and very accommodating when we had questions. His home exceeded our expectations and was very relaxing. Something for everyone. And the theater room was off the hook. Younfelt like you were in the movie with the sound and seats! Also the location was convenient. We definitely recommend renting this home from him. Younwill not be disappointed! Thank you again!

This property was just as it was listed on VRBO website. The whole family loved the theater room. The house was clean and inviting. The owner made sure we felt welcomed. The area is great, close to all our necessities. The pool area was awesome. I have told all my family and friends about this house and they should try it out on their next trip to Florida.

Slice of perfection
We rented this property for 2 weeks. The house was spotless when we arrived. We've rented other villas where we had to go right in and clean. We were so glad we didn't this time. Dave was super responsive and informative about everything operated. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The theater room was a huge hit with our kids. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone was very friendly. We took our dog and it was very pet friendly. My only recommendation would be extra towels and washcloths because we had a large family and went through them quick but there is a washer and dryer. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay next year. Overall it was one of the best villas we stayed in and the owners were perfect.

We absolutely loved the property. It was just like being home. The home welcomed you the second you opened the door. We had all age groups. I brought a float for my dog for the pool and she loved it! It was a fabulous time. I would recommend this home. The owner was wonderful!

Why not 5 stars across the board?
Well, I gave 4 stars for "Accuracy of online listing " because the listing has a "hot tub" and technically there is a hot tub. BUT you have to request the heat turned on at an extra charge. Otherwise, the property was perfect for all of us. We definitely would suggest and stay again.

First of all, the home and community are beautiful. This home is everything you would need for an awesome vacay. Everything was clean and the home had everything we needed. The location was really close to the parks. We can’t imagine staying somewhere else when we come back.

Great Price, Great Location
The home was beautiful and well decorated. Everything was as requested when we arrived. We asked that the pool be heated and in past experiences we have found that it can take up to 24 hours to be warm, but it was the perfect from the start. Dave was easy to contact and rapidly responsive. The home provides things that you did not expect like cable, xbox, board games. Only advice is to remember to bring pool towels. The neighborhood is gated with a guard and close to a lot of shopping, food, and attractions but feels like you are secluded from the world.

The house itself is clean, spacious and very nice. The community is lovely with access to the clubhouse. The outdoor space is great with pool and hot tub looking out into nature.
Shopping and all entertainment is fairly easy to get to. Dave, the owner is kind and always eager to ensure a great stay. Have fun folks! We would definitely love to visit again.

The location of the home is beautiful and quiet!! We loved watching all of the wildlife behind the house, everyday. The pool was amazing and the water temperature was perfect. The house is beautiful and very spacious.

Very nice Florida style home near Disney
The house is a very nice house in a gated community decorated in a traditional style. Everything is clean and good working order. It's near the Champion Gate area near the south end of Disney and about 35 minutes from Universal Studios

Very clean. We have travelled to Florida many times. This is probably the best presented villa we have stayed in.

Great stay!
Great stay. There were a few things we weren't pleased about.
1. There was a BBQ grill that we could not even use... when you open it up it was really filthy. It should be removed.... Waste of space. Owner claims that you cannot grill under the screen patio. You could bring your own and grill outside of the patio screen.
2. The pool lights and the patio lights we're not working during our stay in August 2019; therefore if you want to relax outside at night you cannot it's too dark.
3. The main living room has regular cable. In all the bedrooms you will have to use your Hulu or Netflix if you have that. Not everybody had that so you are left without watching television in your bedroom.
Other than those three things we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Location for Disney
We stayed at Watersong for 2 weeks whilst enjoying the Disney Parks. The area is very secure with private gates and all staff we met were very hospitable.
The house is wonderful and more than adequate for our family of 5. Very clean with all amenities you could wish for.
David (the property owner) called a couple of times t ensure all was ok and we were satisfied with our stay.
All 6 Disney Parks are within 25-30 minute drive (approx. 11-14 miles).
All in all a wonderful holiday experience.
We will return.
