Non mi è piaciuto niente

L'appartamento non viene pulito da mesi. Il riscaldamento non funziona siamo dovuti andare in hotel per il freddo. Non ci sono lampadari in casa abbiamo dovuto comprare una lampada. Lo sporco appiccicoso ovunque. Abbiamo chiamato e scritto alla padrona che non ha mai risposto. Siamo rimasti abbandonati. Abbiamo dovuto contattare il servizio clienti di booking per segnalare questo orrore. Booking ci ha rimborsato una parte dell'importo speso.

Great location, 2 minutes from the beach and a short walk to the centre. The apartment is big enough for a family. And as a great bonus was the pool, a great thing on hot summer days. The host gave us all the information we needed on the day of arrival.

We missed the oven and washing machine a lot, both of which we would have used if they were available. There were some other shortcomings such as weak or non-functioning air conditioning, but considering the price-performance ratio, I can highly recommend this accommodation.

It’s nearby the beach, but the appartment is situated on a very, very noisy street.

Everything was disappointing, there was no parking space, although it said so in the description. After sending several e-mails to the host, she finally arranged somewhere else for us to park, but it wasn’t nearby. A man came to meet us, he was late (although we gave our eta well in advanced) did not apologize, did not know where the appartement was on what floor, so with our luggage we went to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. In the appartement there is a weird smell, a mixture of smoke and mold. There is one regular bedroom, what they call second bedroom is nothing more than a sliding wall that divides the living room in two parts, that is not clear on the photos on booking.com. Also it has sofa beds that we find are in a bad shape. In the bedrooms the curtains do not properly close, because of the weird hanging construction. The airconditioning was not working well, after a lot of calls and mails, our host finally knew how we had to set it, it did something but did not cool the appartement well at all. After 24 hrs it was 1 degree cooler. In the bathrooms we’ve found mold. The appartment was not clean at all. The carpet had so many stains it was disgusting. We did not dare to walk barefoot there. Also the appartement situates at a very noisy street, so all night and early in the morning you’ll hear a lot of noise from the streets throughout the whole appartment. The host did not react at our complaints when we e-mailed them. We stayed there two nights and booked another appartement that was clean, had a working airconditioning, a garage and normal beds.

Close to city, good size on the flat for our family of four.
