I enjoyed the stay, the spa and the pool are nice the rooms were cleaned if you have a group with more than 4 cars it's probably best to find a different property due to resort parking restrictions. But other than that it was an all around pleasurable experience, the host is easy to communicate with and Judy one call away he even allowed us some extra time to clean up come departure time, wonderful home.

First of all, it was very easy to communicate with the manager. We had trouble getting into the house with the code that was given. I called him and he immediately answered and helped us get in. During our stay, we had other things that came up and he was typically quick to respond through text. While the house was nice, it has not been kept up well. We were asked to initially look through the house for things that could be broken or could come back on us against the deposit. There were so many minor things that it was hard to know what to even let him know about. We were not upset by these things but just wanted to be sure we were not blamed for it. On the second day, our pool and spa heat went out. We contacted him and he said he would be over first thing in the morning. He did not come until around 12. While this was not his fault that it happened, it was extremely disappointing for us since it was too cold for all of the kids to then swim in for the week. The pool and spa were very important to us to have at the house. We also had to chase squirrels out of the pool area multiple times because there were so many tears in the fencing over the pool. We also arrived to only one lounging pool chair and were told one had broken. It took 2 days to get another chair. The kitchen had very minimal items and we did not feel was adequately stocked. There were no hot pads to use, no grill tools even though we paid to use it for the week, and only one covered dish.

Enjoyed our stay.

The home is well kept with plenty of space. It is within 20 minutes of the 4 Disney Parks and 30 minutes of the universal parks. The host was helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

We required a pack and play for a 12 mo old. The listing specified that there was a pack & play at the house. I re-confirmed in writing with the Owner how important it was and re-confirmed that it was there. Upon arrival - there was no pack & play. We arrived late so had to go to Walmart to buy one. Tried to work with the owner to have him reimburse us and we would leave it in the house - but he was not willing to accommodate. Also - MANY things broken in house - was constantly taking pictures of it all so would have proof we were not responsible.

In summary we were very disappointed in the filth of the home as well as maintenance of it. Globs of hair found in drain, fridge drawer broken, terrible dishwasher. Pool table was disgusting and dirty and air hockey table is corroded literally. 14 towels for multiple family members and you had to wash them daily between pool/showers. In addition no pot holders for oven use, no kitchen towels and not enough drinking glasses for guests. There were like 5 of them. We had to buy our own cups. In addition we fought off squirrels in the pool area and mosquitos cause there were tears and rips in the screens. We spent a lot of money for this rental. It was worth maybe half.

Communication with the property owner was very smooth and timely. The location of the property is in a very nice gated community and literally 2 minutes away from Walmart, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with kids. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the rooms were super clean and comfortable.

Got place for a family vacation. It was more beautiful in person. I would definitely come back.

This property was exactly how it was advertised. The property manager was available after hours to answer our questions upon arrival. The property was clean and very well maintained. We will definitely keep this on our lists of place to stay when in Florida.

This is a wonderful spacious single family home. You are near everything from the shopping stores to the amazing Disney and SeaWorld theme parks. Our host was amazing and very responsive at all times. Communication was always prompt. I will definitely recommend and will rebook again.

The property was wonderful, and as pictured and described. The house was very clean and accommodated all of our (10 people) needs. We really loved the resort area; our grandchildren had a wonderful time using the resort pool, clubhouse, and other amenities. It was in a great location, only minutes from the parks and stores. Our host was very responsive to our requests when contacted. Improvements needed: update from a Mr. Coffee to a Keurig coffee machine, provide more towels, and fix the refrigerator crisper drawer. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were the best we have ever encountered. We would definitely request this particular house on our next stay; it became "our real home" for 6 days.

This was a great spot to stay for our Disney trip. Communication was great with management, house was big enough for 10 of us to spread out. Reading the other reviews was helpful! There a few things I wish they had supplied, but they were easily picked up at the Walmart (which is bananas! It’s sooo busy seemingly all the time!). There isn’t any cleaning supplies (no broom, no dish soap, only 1 packet for dishwasher, only 1 paper towel roll, only 1 trash bag, etc) which I think would be helpful to have to keep the place clean and in better shape. The manager does let you know this prior to arrival so just come prepared! It does show signs of wear, but nothing major for our group.

Great communication from the owner, very helpful as well. Home has plenty of space for a family/friends trip. Will definitely stay at Windsor Hills again on future trips to DW

Hi! What we loved the most about this house was the location, the heated pool with jacuzzi, and that each of the 5 bedrooms has a full bathroom next to it, or en-suite. Good common area for a large group to hang out. What could be much improved is the cleanliness of the kitchen, especially utensils, bowls and plates. No kitchen towels. Pots and skillet were in really bad shape and dirty too. Everything we found in the cupboards when we arrived were really dirty and had rests of food stuck to them. I’m addition to that, the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes - seems really old and not working properly despite several attempts and letting the host know, nothing could be done in time for our 4 day-stay.

It was almost everything we could have possibly wanted. Loved having enough bathrooms, so no morning wait for anyone, owner even has two hot water heaters in house. Furniture and beds were comfortable and in good shape. Had an issue with one bedroom TV but owner responded immediately and had even replaced it with a better one by the time we came back from the parks. Kids loved the garage turned into a gameroom, especially the one day it rained.Did ask owner to consider more towels because 14 is not a lot for a 5 bedroom house, especially one with a pool and it's a bit of a chore to wash them every night so we just bought more and took them home with us but some people fly in and might not have that option. Also would be nice to have a kerig coffee maker, we always pack our favorite favor pods for everyone and we were surprised to just have a mister coffee machine, however Starbucks is really close. We definitely plan to stay at one of this owners properties again !

Very pleasant stay.

Overall was good, would have like some beach towels, extra blankets, hot pads and maybe some basic cleaning supplies. Overall location was good. Didn’t use the pool, very cold if you don’t heat it.

The place was a nice 5 bedroom, 4 bath house in a great location. Only 10 minutes to Disney and easy access to shopping, eating and other activities. The house did not have any supplies, such as paper towels, condiments, only one extra roll of toilet paper and the hot tub did not work. There were wet towels in the washing machine and several towel left in the dryer. One of the bathroom sinks was full of water and the stopper would not come up. Over all nice location, gated community and well maintained. Would stay there again.

I love the fact that they have the child safety net and sliding door alarm device that was a plus.I didn't like the fact that they charge separate for propane for the grill and heating the pool was a separate charge as well i fill it should all be included.

Everything that you need is in the house. Sofas were too low. Decor was very nice. Once learned the door, locking and unlocking was a breeze. Paid 125.00 for gas. Had gas in jacuzzi but no gas for grill, which we were charged. Last night there, we finally got a propane tank for the grill. Would have been good to know the trash pickup days as trash got piled up. Very close to everything

House was super clean and really spacious. We could've easily had 12 people here and be alright. Highly recommended 👌

Everything was as advertised, the location couldn't get much better. If you're looking for a place just to crash after the parks,this house is perfect. Typical wear and tear as most rentals I've used. Clubhouse is awesome for off day from the park.

I will start by saying the property owner is truly a stand up guy. Responsive and honest. Both attributes well regarded. I will also note that post trip a friend told me that in Orlando... you get what you get and cannot set your standards to high. So, I understand. With all that being said, I will start with positives:1. LOCATION WAS PERFECT2. Community was safe and pretty nice3. Amenities of the community although we did not use, it was good to know they were available 4. Great having pool at the home.5. Owner was responsive and prompt for most part. Addressed the concerns that he could.THE OTHER SIDE TO IT ALL:1. There were some technical/ electrical issues that were identified and confirmed by owner that could not be addressed during stay inclusive of pool light and ceiling fans thru out home and on patio not operating. 2. Living room furniture definitely needs to be tossed. Also pointed out to owner. We ended up covering with sheets (purchased from Walmart) because we could not bear sitting on them. We left them there to be tossed by cleaning crew.3. When arrived pool was very cloudy and ended up needing to be treated. By day 3 or 4 it cleared up pretty well. But was not welcome sight upon arrival. Owner did state it had just been scrubbed. Not sure if would have been avoidable due to recent storm he advised.4. The home cleaners are flat out not doing a good job. May need to find new crew. From very dirty coffee pots, to filthy baseboards and mediocre cleaning of kitchen (dusty cabinets)5. I get it is a rental but it means a lot if broken things are addressed. (I.e kitchen sink handle and leaking faucet).6. Front door did not always lock for us. Did let owner know on last day and seemed ok if we did not lock up when left. That was interesting.Overall - appreciated the getaway, the space of the home and the location. The condition of the home... I think a refresh throughout may be warranted. Most vacations are not spent in the home as much but because we were all working from home during the day, feeling comfortable was key for us. We made it all work but was definitely ready to return home. Thanks!
