we booked but they did not give the room to us

This was worst experience of mine.
1) The photos shown online were totally different than the actual service delivered.
2) There was seepage all over the room.
3) The room essentials were not arranged properly.
4) There were even condoms lying on bathroom floor.
5) The worst part was that photos online were like a 3 star hotel but in actual it was a total disappointment.
6) The room size was so small. I even offered to get it swapped for a bigger room but no use talking to the guy in charge. He mentioned all rooms are full.
7) I felt cheated and disgusted. I repented on why I booked online and why I booked an OYO room.
8) I have decided not to do any booking from booking.com and OYO
9) The room was on 3rd floor. Final nail on the coffin.
10) I regularly visit Ludhiana with my friends. I will stay away from booking.com and OYO

No hygiene n cleanliness was maintained. The bathrooms are dirty with stains n dirt all around and there is no proper lighting in bathroom. Towels given are not clean and most are worn out. I had to inform to give fresh towel everyday. The ceiling fan is not cleaned in ages. The linens are stinky.
