very clean and tidy, well laid out to get the best use of the space and was in a very convenient location for us, 10/10 would stay here again

we liked everything

The view! Amazing of room 2204. The apartment was laid out slightly different to the pics but same furniture - a bit smaller than pics but still great for two adults and two kids. It was a rainy weekend so the view was nice to hang at the apartment, and the park downstairs in the basement was convenient. The kids loved the pool area and the 2 bathrooms worked really well. Central to town. Would stay again.

Probably having to do so much cleaning before we left. Vacuum dishes etc. Had to do all dishes and put them away. Putting the dishwasher on before leaving really should be suffice. Also the $600 bond is a lot. The apartment is through a rental agency and key pick up is up the road. This wasn’t a problem for us though.

Location and secured access

Service by Quinovic was terrible, they promise something but poor delivery. The fridge was not cleaned, and the bathrooms were smelly, broken dining table chair. Arrogant people especially the one at the counter, who helps you with the check in. She speaks as if she does a favor, the worst customer service ever.

Pillows were hard. Instructions when leaving were not correct as we were told to leave the keys in the apartment, but then we couldn't get out of the building as the swipe was needed to get to the basement to get our car.
