A stay in Villa Terlevic is everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Istria. The place is very quiet, far from large lanes. 3 Spacious rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning. 1 Single room with bathroom. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The owners live nearby and respect your privacy. They are very helpful and friendly. We had some problems that were not related to the house and they solved them perfectly. We have never seen a swimming pool so well maintained, no leaves, no insects, no dust in the water. Wifi and kitchen are perfect. Seats, sun beds and sun parasols available. There is a shop at 4 km that has almost everything you need for your stay. Selina is centrally located to visit Istria by car.

I can say that the house was excellent, we felt like home. We had almost everything at home that we need to live there, in addition to that everything was at top quality. We are a family of 5 and the size of the house more than enough for us, it can probably host 7-8 people, even more. Every room has its own bathroom and the sizes of the rooms are more than enough. The swimming pool was very nice and it was enough for us to enjoy swimming. The area was quite silent and there were a only a few cars passing in front of the house. It was a perfect location if you are looking for a tranquil place. The host was very friendly, we arrived a bit late, but she was waiting for us. She explained everything to us and after that point it was our home. She brought us delicious home made cakes two times. Thanks for designing such a great home, it was a great experience for us!

-We first needed to go to agent which manages the house in order to make the payment. It was 15 minutes drive from home. Since we were informed about that it wasn't a problem, but worth noting. -The place was very silent and 15 minutes away from center or from beach. If you are looking for a more active holiday, you may want to check the location. This was not what we are looking, so it wasn't a problem for us at all. -The nearest supermarket is 2 km's away and assuming that you have a car, it's not a big issue and you have almost everything that you will need. When you go to the center, you will have much bigger supermarkets.
